Sir mix-a-lot - "Baby's got Back" it means staying up late with my younger sister waiting for it to come on the radio so we could sing along. (we knew all the words and still do). then our mom would yell " be quiet and go back to sleep." now we both have families of our own but we always laugh whenever we here that song.

oh goodness lots and lots of them! Heaven is a place on earth by belinda carlyle (sp?!) for example.
I love Bryan Adams - Heaven. I don't know if that's classed as 'cheezy', I think it is - the criteria for 'cheezy' is if it makes you cringe just a little if it comes on the radio while you're with your best girl mates - and not hammered!
But that song is mine and my boyfriend's sort of anthem. It's just gorgeous. But we're both big fans of these 'driving anthem best ever compilations' or whatever - loads of pure 80s tunes kicking out of the car when we're on a road trip. There's just nothing better than belting out the lyrics to Journey at the top of your lungs - especially when you can't sing!

i do no longer hate on him, yet i do unlike him. i do unlike him by way of fact what you suggested approximately how human beings in basic terms settle for the actuality that hes a punchline rapper that comes up with reliable one-liners at random. that's a actuality and Lil Wayne is often used with it. So he raps likes this each and all the time in his new **** and that is thoroughly lazy, lyrics smart. He makes all this funds now and then he in basic terms comes to a decision to make like ninety 5% of his words very nearly meaningless. decrease back interior the day, whilst he became hungry, he made extraordinary song that truly became lyrically staggering. yet now, hes aaaaalll finished and he misplaced his rigidity, his pastime for rap. Now hes in basic terms yet another undesirable mainstream rapper... Its kinda unhappy extremely.

Charlie Daniels - The Devil Went Down To Georgia

Can't say it has a whole lot of personal meaning, but you can really embarrass yourself doing karaoke to it.
