Dear muggle,
Yes, Jesus was a Jew. In John 19:19-20 we read, "And Pilate wrote a title, and put it on the cross. And the writing was JESUS OF NAZARETH THE KING OF THE JEWS.
20This title then read many of the Jews: for the place where Jesus was crucified was nigh to the city: and it was written in Hebrew, and Greek, and Latin."

The bible says he came unto his own and his own received him not,John 1:11 This needs
more study because this can be misleading
to some.
A Jew by nationality,but he certainly didn't
practice the religion of Judaism.

He was completely a Jew, and a devout one and practicing one also. He knew the Jewish Bible by heart and knew the meaning of it also. When he read the book of Isaiah in the synagogue in Nazareth, he turned to the right passage, and after reading aloud of the prisoners being freed and the sick healed and lame walking and the blind seeing, he declared,
"In your presence, these words are now fulfilled." The reaction of the worshippers was to try to kill him right there.
As then, is now.

Yes, Jesus was Jewish and also dark complex, not blonde with blue eyes, like the Catholic religion paint him. Jesus look more like a Arab or Palestinian than a European. So quit fooling yourself about Jesus.
