I don't know of any Banks that 'support' Paypal. It's just a matter of you being able to transfer money to or from your given bank account.

To open an account in Singapore you're required to have a long term visa such as work permit, student pass, etc.

All banks in singapore need minimum balance of S$500. If you under the balance, they will deduct about S$2 from your account.

As for Paypal, any banks in singapore accept it as long as you have a Debit or Credit card from these banks when you register Paypal.

need at least $500 to open an account.

even though u get to open an account, i am not sure if you can link your paypal account to it, since you will require credit card details in order to do so.

which means you will need to apply for one. but for foreigners to apply credit care, the min. annual salary hv to fall above S$60000 or more. And they require documented prove of income.
