When I have an appointment at my doctor's office I have to wait between 2-4 hours to see him. I've changed doctors four times in the past 5 years & all their offices are the same.
If a bank or hairdresser made people wait 2-4 hours they'd be out of business.
I lose half a day's work & half a day's pay just to spend 5 minutes with my doctor. I hate it. Walk-in clinics have a 3-5 hour wait. Hospitals here have a wait up to 24 hours so the doctor's office seems fastest :-p
How long do YOU wait in your doctor's waiting room, or do you set a time limit & then leave (this is what a friend of mine does -- she waits in the waiting room for 20 minutes & then she walks out & calls him a time waster). Oh & no none of these doctors work at hospitals or take emergencies so they're not run off their feet. My last doc I sit & wait & I can hear him talking on the phone with his golf buddy or kid or friend & yakking the day away & he's getting paid to treat ME.

You know how demons try to decieve Christians to turn them away from God. There's this demon who bothers me by making me wash my hands constantly and it scares me by making me fear diseases, I don't know what to do anymore it just wont leave! I had an affair on my husband about 16 months ago!
I thought I was in love with the o/man he just wanted the sex!
My husband found us out an o/man jumped ship and begged my husband not to tell his wife witch he did anyway, their divorced now and he now lives in Montreal with another married woman to boot!

My husband threw me out but a lot of pleading a begging from me he let gave me another chance. The problem is in the 14 months we been back together he wont have sex with me, he even sleeps in another room on the far side of house.

I WAS WRONG FOR WHAT I DID AND FOR HURTING HIM, but now I'm hurting I go to bed along get up alone last 2 weeks my husband said about 6 words to me all week long!

I asked him if he wants to get a divorce and he said he still in to much pain and would make a rash choice if I pushed him.

I love him I just can't believe he would throw 12 years of marriage away for my stupid actions!
What else can I do, I miss, and love him so much?

anyone with any info for me as a fiancee from boot camp and what to expect to his first station (we plan to wait until at least after boot camp till we get married), when he gets his orders and how long he may be at sea after boot camp and A school would be WONDERFUL... I am trying very hard to be supportive, especially after a difficult week and him potentially wanting to go Navy (which due to my anxiety attacks and a very unprofessional recruiter, we both decided against)

long story short. portions of my rt leg have been numb for an extended period, verying drastically in intensity. mainly my rt ring toe. usually assoc. with a dull ache about the size of a silver dollar in the muscle 1/5 the way down my fibia/tibia at about 1 oclock and about a 2"x3/4" span on the outside edge and top of my foot. had a complete checkup. told the dr the situation and had a complete run of all of my numbers 2x 6mo apart. all of my no.s are well within the ranges that they should be, and are stable. i was thinking it was sugar. my dr thinks that its my siatic nerve. my chiro says no. says that the nerve root that my dr says is inflamed only on extremely rare occasions radiates past the top of the arch to the toe. neither my dr or chiro have fixed the problem. want a sight on seen prognosis and suggested treatments. please post your credentials or if you have had a similar situation. switched to new balance shoes and its better but still there. want it to go away.

My husband failed an entire semester of college when he was young because he quit going to all his classes. He's back in school and much more serious now but those grades are killing his GPA. Is there any way at all to get that off his record?

I eloped and my husband and I are having a wedding picnic at my parents on September 15. My sister recently moved in with her loser boyfriend. No one in my family likes him at all. He has a 4 yr old that he is pretty much a deadbeat dad to. He works only when he wants to. He lost his license years ago and is eligible to get it back but instead is too lazy to simply go take the test. Instead he lets my sister chauffer him around. He is mean to my sister, possessive and its been rumored that he has hit previous girlfriends. I love my sister and she knows I am not fond of him and when she asked, I recommended that she not move in with him. I am friendly to him and try to treat her like the adult she is and let her make her own decision. My entire family hates this guy. I don't want an uncomfortable sitation on a happy day and I don't want to anger my sister. I am torn. Do I tell her he's not welcome and risk pushing her away from me?

this argument does not necessarily reflect my opinions, i'm simply throwing out this side of the argument. tell me your thoughts after reading.

1. every action, decision, etc. we make is based off of a reason. that reason stems from a past experience. that experience was based off reason -- it simply goes down the line until whenever implicit or explicit (whichever comes first) memories begin to form. therefore, memories seem to be what binds us from having true free will, although that free will would simply be randomness.

2. the uncertainty principle of quantum mechanics states that one can only know one of these variables at a given time: speed of an electron or it's location. it also states if one knew both, they would be given an infinite amount of information regarding that atom. doesn't this imply that fate is already mapped out.

I just had a stress test done for my heart. The doc said that I'm in the top 10% athletic ability for my age group. I am trying to lose 30 pounds and have noticed during excercising, I'm still short of breath. The doc assures me there's nothing wrong, but I'm worried still. Does a stess test also measure lung function?

Do anyone of you work for a jewelry store? I got an offer to work in a jewelry store?
making $14.00 per hour plus 0.5 % commission on all my sales.

With this job, compared to my current job in cosmetics, I would be getitng a raise of $3.50 per hour. My commute would be exactly the same.

Do any of you work in Jewelry?

Is $14.00 per hour PLUS commissions of 0.5% of sales good?

Should I stay in Cosmetics?

Please let me know your experiences in working in jewelry stores...

I live in nz, and applied online for a mcd's resturant. i got an interview, however i withdrew it as i applied for the wrong restraunt( on the email it said click here to withdraw your application). I applied For the correct one on sunday (online) but they still havent emailed back, its now wednesday. should i just wait awhile before i start thinking "oh no, they dont want me" im pretty sure there hiring now, im 15. and how long should i wait until i do something if they havent replied? and if they dont, what should i do?
