Kittens need space, when they play. If you are holding the kitten too closely or too tightly, try to let her run around. Kittens like things like strings, little pom poms, pipe cleaners, spools from thread, or anything that they can chase across the floor. Take a string and tie something on the end of it. Then drag it along the floor for the kitten to chase. Even tie a string to a chair for the kitten to play with. When the kitten is tired or decides to come to you, then you can hold her. If you force her to be held when she does not want to be held she will scratch you, too. Sounds like she is a frisky kitty with a lot of energy. Are you giving her a lot of catnip toys? If you are, maybe the catnip is making her more rowdy than normal, and you should take any catnip toys away, for awhile. Your kitten may be very used to playing rough with the other kittens from her litter. Because she is only 7 weeks old, she must not have been away from her brothers and sisters too long. It might take time for her to get used to how she can play with you. Give her a chance to adjust. Pet her gently, to calm her down. Rub her, underneath her chin, softly. Scratch her gently behind her ears. (But, only when she comes to you, of course).

Your cat is probably teething. My cat, almost a year old now, still bites a lot, but it's getting better. When he was really young, he bit even more. It's very normal. Just don't let your kitten bite YOU, or he/she will get really used to it.

she a baby...she has to test her limits and if you let her keep biting she's always going to bite. Get her some toys and flick her nose when she bites...she wants attention and to play with you.

This is how kittens play. If you don't want her to do that then flick her noise and say No! I also find hissing at a cat will cause them to stop what they are doing.

Are they love bites? Pay attention to me bites? When my cat nips at me and I just get up and see where he wants me to go, he leads, I follow, its usually something like clean water or he needs his cantelope fix.

He nips at me when he thinks I shouldnt have stopped petting him, or brushing him.
