How does one change a Florida Conceal Weapons license to Louisiana. Louisiana reconizes the Florida license held by a Florida resident but I don't know if they will accept it being I have re-located to Louisiana. I have asked State Police, local Police, written emails that got no responce and no one seems to know the ends and outs of this particular situation, anyone got advice?

Often I will see a very thin pregnant woman, belly hanging out with no stretchmarks whatsoever. If stretch marks are caused by skin stretching then wouldnt a thin persons skin have to stretch even more than a person who's skin was already stretched over some flab which would then cause stretch marks? I was medium sized at the beginning of my pregnancy and I got the worst stretch marks halfway up my abdomen, my friends sister who is stick thin has had 2 kids and has never had a stretch mark! How can this happen?

Okay so I'm doing my homework and this seemed to confuse me. So I live in Arizona, it's super hot and no rain. And it said in my homework, "The higher a location's temperature, the more easily water evaporates at that location." and that makes sense, but so does that mean the slower the evaporation, the more precipitation? I take my dogs to walk at the park by the river daily. There is a grandpa and two little girls about 5 and 7 who hand feed the squirrels there each morning. I think it is irresponsible and dangerous. It causes the squirrels to approach humans that come to the park and even chase them begging. It puts the little girls at risk of being bitten or scratched and needing rabies shots. What would you do? And who would you turn this into if at all?
