To me the sound of beauty is the rain falling on a quiet lake, with a breeze, just to make the water ripple a bit. Just close your eyes; you can hear that rain, and almost fell it caress your face. As you look up at the clouds, slowly passing over; ever so peaceful, and tranquil. Yes the sound of rain is beauty to me.

To alter a quote — beauty is in the ear of the beholder.
For me, beautiful things (by sound) are those that bring me peace or else create an emotional reaction that truly touches me.
One of the most beautiful sounds for me is when I go away on retreat. I go outside early in the morning & sit under a tree. I listen to the breezes blow through through the leaves of the tall trees. My eyes are closed, but the sound is that of beauty. Then I listen to the gentle running of the stream as the water flows over & around the rocks. I don't need to see it with my eyes; my mind's "eye" can see the clear cold water. Then I begin to hear the sound of the songbirds, truly music to my ears. This is a peaceful beauty.
Other sounds of beauty, to me, are the first strains of a ballet's orchestra. It's also the sound of thousands of people singing the National Anthem. It's the cracking sound a bat makes when it hits the baseball for a home run.
Beauty is the sound of my cat purring loudly in the dark, as she rests her head against my arm. Beauty sounds like the crinkle of a new book's binding, as you carefully open it for the first time.
Beauty is the sound of a piece of charcoal, as it moves roughly or softly across paper, a new picture just starting to be made.
Beauty sounds like the hum of the filter on my 20 gallon fish tank, and it is the occasional splash made by one of the fish.
Beauty sounds like the laughter of the children and the squeaks made by the swings and see-saws, as I pass the playground.
Beauty sounds like the thunderous noise of fireworks and the sound of oohs and aahs made by the people.
Beauty sounds like the pounding of hooves of a galloping horse or the gentle clip-clop of a horse taking its time.
Beauty sounds like a gentle rain falling, as I sit on the front porch of a house, listening.
Beauty sounds like the crashing waves of the ocean as I walk along the beach at night.
Beauty also sounds like the crickets chirping on a warm summer's night.
Beauty is the crunching sound my boots make in the fresh snow, as I walk through the park early in the morning.
The sound of beauty is around us all the time. All we need to do is listen for it.

Sound of swaying trees in the wind, the near quiet atmosphere of morning, or music of certain instruments that produce a vibrant and calming sound.
Those are some of the things I can think of for now...
