All children have left home, would go abroad and set up new life. would also leave kids some money and the wife a substantial amount for her, everything else I would leave.

It is as if they think that their mommy is going to come behind them and clean up their messes. I have seen staples removed with the staple left ALL over the copy area, coffee and hot chocolate spilled ALL over the kitchen counter top and even empty creamers and sugar packets lying on the counter. I am at my wits end. How do I get them to do something?

How hard is it to throw a G.D. stir stick into the trash mere inches away from where they lay?!?

I was dx w/one about a year ago and it realyl hasn't bothered me much until now! I am 5 weeks and 2 days pregnant and it is driving me nuts...it aches constantly!! My husband is lazy, he just likes to work, eat and sleep. I work also and still have to come home and take care of the kids and help them with homework and COOK! I tell him that I need help around the house because we have a 2 story home. He told me that he don't have to clean because his mom did all the cleaning for his dad. I told him that I am not his mom and he need to do something or I will be gone. I love him. I have no say so in our relationship, everytime I want to do something, he never wants to do it but when he wants to do something, he dont ask he just do it. I thought about doing what he does but that would make the marriage worse than it is. We share 3 children together and I told him " what I am doing here, I can do it on my own".

I recently caught up with a friend (born and bred Australian) who told me he was divorced and in a custody battle for the children from the union. I live in the US, and he told me he cannot leave the country as he'd be charged with kidnapping. Is this information true? If so, is there any hope that (once the courts have made the final decision about the little ones) that he could possibly move elsewhere (the US or somewhere else outside Australia) with (joint or full custody, for example) or without them and move on with his life?

We live in a 3 story condo that has radiant heat in the celings. This past winter, even with the thermostat turned up to over 80degrees on teh 1st floor, the temperature wouldnt get above 67. The third floor was the only room which ever felt warm. Also our electric bills were over $400 a month!!
We also have central air conditioning and would like to find out more about adding onto it so it can also heat. I think it would be more efficent for our condo.
Can someone tell me if this is possible and estimated costs?
I assume I would have to contact an HVAC professional.
All of the duct work is done, so i think its just a matter of installing a heating element?
