My mom had a needle Biopsy done on a tumor and the results showed that it was cancer. Then she had surgery to get the tumor removed, they did test on the tumor and said it was NOT cancer. Are biopsies accurate?

get my basset hound dog,to eat tin dog food,i have tried him with every type you can mention,even the biscuit type and he dont want to know , all he wants to do is eat scraps of food that are given to him,i have stopped all the family giving him bits of food, left the tin dog food in his dish thinking he will eat when he hungry,and he still wont advise please

This is going to sound stupid, I'm sure. There's a reason I didn't graduate with a biology degree.

The question is this: the ice caps are melting, the the world is warming. However, at least in my area all of the temperature records (hottest/coldest temperature recorded for this date) are always from the first 3-4 decades of the 20th Century. Sometimes they will be from the 1980s.

I guess my logic is based on the assumption that global warming would cause us to be breaking records every day, every year? Or am I thinking too simplistic?

Even with a slow rise in temperatures, global warming isn't just a 21st century issue and has been going on for quite some time.

Last year I brought home alot more money to pay the bills than this year and I will be working more hours this year. How do I convince my job to switch me back to hourly (which I will get overtime) instead of salary? They said they have to do the same for all yet the boss has a brand new car and just bought 2 horses so I know they can afford it...My boyfriend says to give them an ultimatum and say either pay me more or I will have to find another job, yet I do not want to be biting my tounge because I really need this job...

I try to call myself a Christain, however I am also bi and I wonder what to do here. The bible says to love your neighbor, however it also says that any act of homosexuality is a sin. So, technically, I was sinning when a boy from school asked me to dance and I accepted.

I rented the movie Saved and just got done watching it a few minutes ago. In the movie, the main character's boyfriend confesses his orientation to her. However, after finding gay porn under his bed, his parents send him off to a Christain rehab center for "de-gayification". I wonder if that would resemble my parents reaction. I haven't come out to them yet, however since they are both conservative christians i don't think I should at all.

Am I really a walking sin by being bi? I am told my many that "there is no such thing as a gay Christian", so who do I stick up my middle finger to: my pastor, or my boyfriend?

I just finished reading "The Moon is Down" by John Steinback. His writing is amazing and as I analyze through the book "the flies have conquered the flypaper" catches me. I searched it online and reporters from newspapers talk about Iraq and what not. But what does the phrase really mean?

even if they are stupid things like, sit on your head, turn around three times, tap you nose and sing the hokey pokey... ok you get the drift...

I came across a thing the other day called tct or tft or something, which invloves tapping into acupunture points in your body and it is meant to calm you down etc..

Anyone have any mottos or ideas on what to do when ALL else is failing?
