well more then likely u have something stuck in the gas line. this could be a dirt claud or a rock.
perhaps ur reeds are jammed shut or jammed open by a dirt claud or rock

and trust me its very possible for this to happen beacuse i had a walnut sized dirt claud stuck right between my reeds, don't ask me how it got their but it did

the jets in the carb might be full of junk from the gas as well.

so my sujjestion is to turn the gas off, pull the carbs out and blast it with some carb cleaner, pull the jets off and blow on them till their unblock and put it back in.

that should get it started

with gas in tank fuel valve on. You may have dirt in the tank and clogging the fuel port going to the carb. now if no fuel is getting in the fuel bowl try taking the but end of a small screw driver and tap on the fuel bowl. From dirt or from time sitting the needle valve can stick in the closed position that is located above the float is side the fuel well and some time this will do the trick. Write back to let me know if it worked, or I may give you other was to fix it... good luck from Rob...

Could be one (or more) of several things:
1) gas tank vent plugged (air HAS to replace gas leaving tank, of it will vapor lock)
2) Gas line plugged (remove it and blow through it to see if it is clear)
3) Gas filter (if one is installed) plugged, see above
4) Carb's float is set WAY too high, or float or needle valve is stuck in closed position

Your gasoline line and carburator are probably bone dry. in basic terms take off the carb and gasoline line and best them with some gasoline then positioned it returned jointly and attempt commencing it returned. sturdy success
