1. The instructions on my filter says that I should replace the filter cartridge every four weeks. I thought bacteria were supposed to develope in the filter so how can they if I replace the cartridge monthly?
2. The other day I fished something out the aquarium with my hand. Just then I realized that I had just washed them with anti-bacterial soap. Can this act kill off the bacteria I am trying to grow?

i want to know if u are in a relationship where both of u are not ok with each other looking at porn but i catch him looking at it behind my back and myspace page that he had opened w/o me knowing and some email ids that he hides. even though i did not find anything on emails or myspace, its not approved.how do u GET OVER THE FACT THAT ur man wants to look at naked puss;y and gets his jerk on.what if u just cant get it out of ur head what would u do then? he said he didn't like it he was just looking and didn't like it. I DIDN'T BELIEVE Him OF COURSE. BUT COUPLE OF DAYS AGO while i am rite next to him he gets an erection after watchin tv with some naked women i mean he shuld be uncomfortable rite not getting erections? wat a *****. i don';t know how to deal with this. its disrespectful for me. i know there's plenty of guys who don't do this and get an erection. so its not that he is a man/ what are ur point of views please try to make me get over it.

in seperate rooms from the rest of his family if say they had pink eye 5 days prior to coming over. They are spanked(used to be with a paddle or belt till I stopped it) now just as hard with his hand if they get dirtyu(hello they are kids)or if they dont finish the last bight of dinner. they are forced to watch scary movies not appropriate for their age, and the list goes on. my kids do not feel safe nor like a family their. He is paying court ordered chil support, but will I get in trouble if I stop the weekends over there for my kids sake?

I brush my teeth every night and day, twice a day, and I floss once 2... But every time I go to the dentist I get a cavity... :'( My brother doesn't always brush his teeth and never got a cavity.. not once... I just recently looked into the mirror and saw some black on my upper tooth but a lot of white... I had to floss 10 times, use a tooth pick, and use the water squirting thing to get the food out... it took about an hour and now I have a really bad cavity that I didn't even notice... I brushed my teeth every day and flossed too but food always gets in and i always get a cavity... I only have a cavity on 2 perminent teeth with a filling but I had tons on my baby teeth... before all my gum was out on my 12 yr onld moller I had a cavity on that one.. Is there anything the dentist can put or do to my teeth that all my permanent teeth don't get wreched??? My mom says it's the shape of my teeth that causes all the cavities...

First of all, I am from a country always having political problem.

Elected governments often (if not always) corrupt or govern in the way to benefit themselves over the nation or people.
Politicians likely go for their own benefit and hardly represent people needs as they are supposed.
People of Thailand, Philippines, Peru, Ecuador, Argentina, etc have to protest, set up a mob, etc to request or send a message of what they really need instead of doing that through their representatives.
Why does democracy seem to work well in Europe and North
America, but not in the rest of the world?
What is missing in those systems?
Do they have less good politicians?
Is it their culture?
Aren't people aware of their roles and rights?
Don't they have enough education?
What is wrong with their systems?
How can we fix them?
