My webcam only works on my xp laptop but even then it says my graphics card is too low and isnt good enough. Its called Genius Look 316 and i really want it to work on my vista computer, but every time i put the cd in and click to install it just shows that the cd isnt compatable. Is there any way which i can get it working on here? thanks

In Oakland, he sported long hair and a goat-tee. George made him shave that thing as soon as he got to NYC. Sure, he had a few good years, but he still probably wanted to grow the beard back. He hates shaving, same with Damon. Also, when Clemens was able to sport a goat in Toronto, he had his 2 best years ever. I say lose the no facial hair rule. And if the Yankees bring in Joe Girardi, who is the biggest jarhead marine style guy ever (he probably gets his flat-top trimmed every week) there will be no chance of the no-facial hair rule being over-turned. I believe Willie Randolph and the Mets have the no facial hair/long hair rule also, but I believe those are the only 2 teams in the majors with such rules. My husband is the finishing supervisor for a custom cabinet shop. He's been with them for almost three years with no problems. About three weeks ago, they hired a new shop supervisor. He happens to be the owners daughters (she works there too) boyfriend. He has management experience, but has never worked in woodworking. The problem is that he's telling my husband to do some things differently, which is fine, except that if he does these things, jobs won't be correct, the pieces will come back and my husband will have to re-do them. These are jobs that take days to complete. (Like a house full of cabinets, bookshelves, trim, etc). Yesterday, he passed a job to my husband and the majority of the pieces were marked for the wrong color. My husband pointed it out to him and it took an arguement for the Supervisor to look at what he marked. He had done it wrong. The Shop Sup. has called a meeting with my husband, the owners, and himself today to discuss my husbands attitude. Help!

If am using a 12 volt, 20 watt,, mr16 bulb. it is recommended you must feed 12 volts for the lamp to burn (light up) properly. Now, what if I feed it only feed it 10 volts... is the lamp now consuming less than 20 watts or does the lamp still consumes 20 watts except now is dimmer.. please provide resources if applicable. Have any of you encountered someone in an official capacity who has been all nice & friendly, said they were going to help you get a disability pension, & housing, then have them turn around & say "I cant help you after all" & they drop you flat AFTER you got your hopes up? This is so cruel.

IMO false hope is worse than no hope. You leave thanking God, feeling SO relieved someone is finally going to help you, then they just slam you back on your face again.

Not only have they gotten your hopes up, you have stopped pursuing other avenues believing you have found THE ONE person who is finally going to help you? "We will make sure you dont end up homeless and living on the street -"

Then nothing, just something really stupid like "have you applied for Social Assistance?" AFTER you have told them you were turned down for Assistance twice & told to sell you car, worth $500

I am so PO'd, (Canada) & I am fed up with this kind of crap from the MP's & MLA's office
