Is Ella Grace a mouthful to say? My daughter wants me to name her baby, like an "honor" thing I guess, but she wants me to name her. And my daughter likes the name Ella Grace, but we would call her Ella Grace? Which one do you like better: Ella Grace, Alyana Grace, Mary Elizabeth, Hayley Grace?

Do you want to call her "Ella Grace" as in one name or do you want the first name to be Ella and the middle name to be Grace? It's not a mouthful either way but especially not if you're just calling her Ella. A friend of ours just named their baby Ella Grace...I think it's a beautiful, classy name!
Mary Elizabeth sounds like a nun or one of the first ladies from the early 1900's.

Now, my oldest who is fifteen almost sixteen is pregnant with a little girl. Anyway, I'm not lying. Can anyone find it in their heart to forgive me?
And for someone who has a week old baby at home, not to mention a pregnant 15 year old and a hoard of children (out of school during the summer) there's a lot of computer work being done here. Look, get a baby name book and take care of your kids...if they are real.

I like Ella Grace (whether you call her Ella or Ella Grace will depend on your preference) Another alternative is Mary Grace Elizabeth. I know someone named Mary Grace and she is a wonderful person. I have always loved the name Grace. One thing that discouraged me from making it my daughter's middle name is the phrase "good thing your momma didn't name you Grace" when she's being a total klutz. ♥ Ella Grace is a nice name and I dont think its too much of a mouthful. But if you decide to go with another name I'd go with either Alyana Grace or Hayley Grace. :-)
