It's only about 12 quid so I might give it a go. Just wondered if anyone has tried it or if it is infact possible to lose this much so quickly without the use of laxatives and bulimia.

And could it really be healthy?

A little simple calculation.

The generally quoted figure for weight loss is a calorie deficit of 500/day will lose you 2lb/week i.e. eat 3500cals less than you burn each week and you will lose 2lb. To lose 18lb you would need a deficit of 9 x 3500 = 31,500 cals so each day you need to burn 7,875cals more than you eat. I remember some years ago reading that a Tour de France cyclist will burn 8000cals on a mountain stage so to lose 18lb in four days you need to cycle 100 miles a day in the Alps without eating anything.

Hey, I've just invented the perfect diet plan! Send me £12 and you can use it!

Yes, it's a scam I had the flu for a week, couldn't keep anything down and lost 5 pounds, and no, it's not healthy. A good diet allows you to lose no more than 3 pounds in a weeks time, sometimes your body will lose 5 in a week, but it's usually water (I experienced this in weight watchers twice). If you want to lose weight you need to do it the right way, or you will gain it all back.

It isnt healthy...The most you are going to loose is water weight and muscle if you dont keep your protein intake. a healthy weight loss is 2-3 lbs a week. So i say a scam. But if it determines what it matters to you on a scale rather than what it looks like one you, then its not a scam. Also unhealthy..

Its prob not a scam. But all that will make you do is lose water weight that you gain right back. Unless you don't drink or yea fruit and stuff. Your not going to lose fat all your going to do is dehydrated yourself. for those 4 days all your going to do is be sweating and pissing constently. It will be just as bad as laxatives. But good luck

It absolutely cannot be healthy. It's healthy to lose 1-2 pounds a week.

Don't put your body through that, even though it probably wouldn't work very well anyway.

Of course it's unhealthy.
You can lose the weight naturally over a few weeks.
You'll feel healthier and better that you did it yourself.

I have heard that it is not humanly possible to loose more than 3lb a week. There is extensive research about this.
