Yes I can, you got to have very strong PC muscles, when you feel you are going to ejaculate you squeeze real tight and dont let go, you do feel the orgasm but nothing comes out, this reduces the refractory period and you can continue, when I started working my pc muscles i did not believe i could do that and when i had two consecutive orgasms i was very happy

Yeah, usually after an ejaculation and previous orgasm has already taken place, other orgasms without ejaculation can occur.

Yes, it is possible to orgasm without ejaculating as well as ejaculating with out orgasm.
