This is something that I have been researching for the last few days after a strange thought ran across my mind.

Have we as humans really landed on the moon? If so, why has there not been an anniversary or second exploration of the desolate planet?

It is very weird to me that with so much technology such as GPS tracking, sonar, solar energy and a list of other magnificent technologies, that now in 2007 we are not building things on the moon, landing on other planets, and having space launches for folks across the globe to view space and other planets.

It is also strange to me how we can build space suites to withstand the pressure of outer space, but we can not develop a machine or humanoid suit to withstand the pressure of our deep blue seas.

Hopefully you guys can shine a little bit of light on the situation. What do you think?

I am 15 and will be babysitting for my parents friends for about 5 hours (from about 7 PM to midnight). I have never babysat before, but I am good with kids and have done it with a 3 year old but I was never technicall alone. Even though no one was helping me. The family I am babysitting for has a 2 year old and a 10 month old. The 2 year old is supposed to be asleep by the time I get there and I am to just put him back to bed if he wakes up. But, the 10 month old has to be fed and everything. Can anyone tell me what I am supposed to do, how to do it, exc.

I have a Myspace account. In late May I was surfing around and came across a cute guy.
I read his profile and thought I’d send him a “friend request”. He accepted my request but kept questioning why I would want to talk to him. He said that he was very shy, anti-social and had no self confidence. After he said these things I was kind of turned off and I really didn’t respond to much to him when he emailed me. He’d email me all the time and even asked me to call him. He said he was 29, shared a condo with his mother and had never been in any type of relationship. Anyway, one night in early June my girlfriends and I (all in our young 30s) headed out downtown to party. I told him where we were going and said “maybe I’ll see ya out!” Anyway, I never saw him that night. I wasn’t expecting to. It wasn’t a date or anything.
The next morning he “deleted” me as his friend and sent me 3 nasty messages. The first one was “I’m such a fool for thinking you liked me at all. You show no interest.

An accuaintance of mine, who was 100% Jewish by both his parents commited suicide - is he now in Hell according to Judaism?
About him: he never killed anyone (except for himself), but he wasn't necessarily a "good" person (although he didn't like to hurt small animals or children or anything like that).
His negative traits were that he was very hateful, jealous, conniving, etc...
So is he now in Hell according to Judaism? If yes - is he there for all eternity? Or what exactly?...

I was having an argument with my mother in-law about my 13 yr old step-daughter, and of course anything I say about our daughter is stupid according to my mother in law because I have only been around for 7 yrs. But anyway, my stepdaughter started her period 2 yrs. ago and her mother never told her anything about it she taught herself everything, now she will be living with us and i think she should start seeing the GYN. but my mother in law claims she should wait until she is 18 now that sounds very wrong to me...I started seeing a GYN after I started my periods at 13...am i wrong or right? I think it would be very stupid to wait since she is already having monthly mensrtal...

My husband I are currently renting a home. We pay on time every month. Today we got a knock at the door, serving us (meant for the home owner) with a Final notice of Foreclosure. They said they have made several attempts to contact the owner for payment. This is 8 months worth, atleast of past due payments. My husband and I have told the owner that we will be seeking legal help. My ? is. Should we pay rent?

We have paid rent for 2yrs to this man, come to find out that 8 months of our money, went to his own pleasure. HELP!!!!?!??!

Ok, All I want to know is how long I should be grounded after I tell you everything bad I have done. Be aware I am only 13. Alright the first bad thing I have done Is I stole my brothers camera to make videos and post them on youtube. I forgot to delete the videos from the camera and now he has about 20 videos of me swearing to youtube. The second thing I have done is when I was in 4th grade I looked at porn. I kno that is funny but I was just curios. And I also have a myspace with nothing bad on it. I have never told them that I had a myspace though or youtube. Those are the bad things I have done. Ok so I've just (today) been reading some of the posts in this forum and it makes me reallly question deeply about God's existence. There have been times before that I questioned this but was always kind of afraid to let it out there. I have never been a "hard core" christian but I grew up believing in God and 2 years ago, I started to read the bible and try to understand. To be honest, I found myself crying alot at night trying to understand and for a moment it seemed like I was going to be okay and the crying and guilt would end but I ended feeling weird.I must admiit sometimes I felt like I was doing the right thing but it didnt stick so..yeah. I dont want to be a bad person at all and want to do what is right. Anyways..This is one of the things that confuse me most. most if not all ppl believe in bad/evil/devil. If thats the case why doesnt evil in turn take over the whole world...and vice versa with God, why doesnt he come forth and save us now..not later..since is he THE ONE?
