Only the important ones that affect health, security, finance, and things like that. Most problems( daily hassles) are usually automatically dealt with as they arise. The big decisions require much thought from many angles, and in these cases, overthinking is a good thing.

I freak out for about ten minutes than I just stop,I'm impulsive,so I solve things quickly,for better or worse.

depends on what the problem is pertaining to. i know i stress way too much on stuff that will eventually pass, but as far as overthinking, i'm pretty level there. my brain hurts when i think too much so i try to rest it as often as i can...LOL!!
