You know that what you are can't be something you're observing or who would the observer be? So you can't be body, thought or feeling.

Position yourself as the observer of thought and feeling. Notice that there are thoughts about the thoughts and feelings that happen. These thoughts are still mind thinking, and so you are not the observer either but mind positioned as such.

Back up and notice the silent witness of this observer. This witness is not thinking or feeling, and in fact it's not 'aware of' thought/feeling happening. It's simply present for it.

This witness is Awareness in which thought/feeling happens; in which consciousness happens. It is present even in deep sleep when consciousness is absent. Awareness is not 'aware of' this because the 'aware of' function is consciousness, but it is possible for Awareness to be aware of itself. This is Self Awareness, which is what Enlightenment is. It does not happen to a person. There is no person.

I was rushing home from a hard day of work about two months ago and i was going 90mph in the fastlane. I am a college student and really cant afford my insurance to go up, let alone the price of the ticket. I have learned my lesson and have not gone over 70mph since. Hey I'm trying to book my honeymoon for next May and I'm quite taken with the idea of going to Cyprus. Because we are flying out on a Monday the flights are limited and so we can't get a package deal. I found out my husband called his female colleague babe in one of his sms. When i questioned him. He said nothing happened. He said he just gave her a lift to work sometimes. I have her email and hp no. but I dun know how I can find out more about their relationship cause I know he will not tell. He also said she got boyfriend working overseas and getting married soon. I asked him how old is she. He said dun know but think should be around 30 not young. I do not believe what he said. I am troubled over this. I wish I know what to do. He lied to me about his credit card spending also and I think he will continue to do whatever he wants unless I got proof and gave up totally. He told me he never had sex with other woman except me. I keep on hearing them bring this up in the health care debate..

"well anyone can go to the ER so everyone has health care"...

ever been to the ER? it's about the most expensive area in a hospital... and hospitals aren't eating the cost... they are passing it on...

so... we basically have "socialized medicine"... it's in just about in the most expensive area in the hospital and everyone is paying for it...

does that make sense to anyone?

a family doctor could do many of the things the ER does for those without insurance.. at a greatly reduced cost...
