Probably the crazy radicals that are convinced they're right and everyone else is wrong, including other Christians who believe different. The ones who stand outside abortion clinics and gay ceremony areas and protest, yelling about how "God hates" them. To me, those guys are the worst problem we Christians face.

They're the ones who make the news... I mean, how much more do you hear about Fred Phelps than a group of Christians who operate a homeless shelter?

The reason I think they're the worse internal problem we have is because they give us and our God a bad name. People think that all of us Christians are just simple-minded yokels that hate everyone and will lecture you to death if we think you're wrong, and that's just such a terrible misconception. People don't realize that we rational-minded Christians dislike those guys' actions just as much as everyone else.

And I think this encompasses a few of the things you listed, namely hypocrisy - EVERY Christian is a hypocrite, are we not? "For ALL have sinned and come short of the glory of God". We Christians sin and it's our job to acknowledge that we do and yet we seek forgiveness, yet these guys act like they're perfect and that sins bear different weight in God's eyes, "All sins are equal in the eyes of God"; denominational divisions - Again, these radicals believe ONLY their denomination is right and while thats really the case with anyone, they FORCE it on you... they preach to those who are already saved, for crying out loud! It's called "belief" for a reason.

Radicals just hurt far more than they help... not only do they scare people away from Christianity, but when they blow money and time and effort on protesting a gay parade, they could be, ya know, feeding the hungry or clothing the naked.

But all of this aside, thank you for acknowledging that there ARE problems... sounds simple, I know, but there are so many of those people out there who want to act like everything is so perfect in Christianity, another way of making people think we're just stupid. God bless.

I think that it suffers from spiritual degradation.

1) The old truths are forgotten.
a. Preaching the Gospel over the 'issues of the day'.
b. There is a 'us against the sinners' attitude rather than the Gospel being preached.
2) They are not being taught to claim God's promises.
3) They are not taught to discern spiritual things.
a. That God does not want everybody, and they must not think that there is any other way to gather new Christians other than the preaching of the Gospel, in which God placed power therein.

I want to assure you that they are not ALL like that. But it does seem to be the most noticeable of them that are under these persuasions. The Anti Homosexual theme being the most prominent, in my opinion. As if there is a type of sinner who needs to hear about sin, instead of letting the Holy Spirit convict. The Gospel has taken the back burner to the message of sin.

Intolerant extremists who alienate non-believers by preaching intolerance and by trying to force their narrow views on others by changing laws and public policy. They make it pretty friggin' hard for the rest of us to sound credible and make it very difficult to convince people in pain that they can turn to the Lord.

None of these mentioned. Only doubt about teachings as bible tells different, priest tell another. All are illogical and strange. Adam is son of God, Adam is cursed, Son of God is sacrificed to get rid of this curse, he is saviour but could not save him, he speak about God, priest say he is god???

There are 5 main problems as follows: 1- THE UNITY OF THE FAITH-UNDER ONE FATHER AND GOD; ONE LORD AND SAVIOR; ONE SPIRIT AND BAPTISM; ONE HOPE AND FAITH; ONE CHURCH AND BODY; 2-The unity of belief on the Eucharist as THE BODY OF CHRIST; 3-THE UNITY OF BELIEF ON THE HOLY SPIRIT-THRICE HOLY; 4-THE UNITY OF BELIEF ON VIRGIN MARY AS THE MOTHER OF ALL. 5th-THE LORD JESUS CHRIST gave to Peter the Church and the unity of belief that Peter is the sitting Pope-many churches but one body. Today, the chirstian body is divided by the arrogance and pride of the leaders of Christian Chruches deceived by Satan-the great divider of divide and conquer. .
