If I replace my old refrigerator and air conditioner with energy efficient ones isn’t there a tremendous negative effect on the environment? There are the natural materials that need to be extracted from the earth, the energy (factory) used to produce the new products, the staff, and trucking. Then there is the sales environment (building, lights, energy to operate the building, sales people, shipping, my driving to the store – maybe several stores to find the best deal.) Now what to do with the old appliances? More energy to recycle or fill up the land. This doesn’t sound like a good deal for the environment. Shouldn’t we just fix our old items before thinking of replacing them, even if they aren't energy smart?

is it true what i heard about that company that bought the debt really bought it and you aren't entitled to pay them or give them any info. since your businesss is with the orginal company not them? i was told all you need to do is send them a formal letter stating this right. i do understand that it would still be on a credit report but do i really owe these jerks?

i used to work with her. a couple times a week she comes to my apartment early before work and we have crazy sex. no one knows about this. if you met her, you would never guess she does this. she says she is happily married and her family seems like the perfect family. she says she just needs more.
my question is, how common are women like this that maintain a perfect outside persona to the world and have this other side where they spend a few mornings a week b a n g i n g the living you know what out of a guy 10 years younger than her that no one knows about?

Question Details: John Edwards, who yesterday demanded Democratic candidates return any campaign donations from Rupert Murdoch and News Corp., himself earned at least $800,000 for a book published by one of the media mogul's companies. The Edwards campaign said the multimillionaire trial lawyer would not return the hefty payout from Murdoch for the book titled "Home: The Blueprints of Our Lives." The campaign didn't respond to a question from The Post about whether it was hypocritical for Edwards to take money from News Corp. while calling for other candidates not to. In addition to a $500,000 advance from HarperCollins, which is owned by News Corp., Edwards also was cut a check for $300,000 for expenses. Edwards claimed $333,334 in royalties from last year's release of the book, according to media accounts. The campaign said last night that those funds were part of the advance. He says he gave that amount to charity, which would also provide tax benefits for Edwards. "We're more than happy to give even more of Murdoch's money to Habitat for Humanity and other good causes," spokesman Eric Schultz told The Post yesterday. She's 2 yrs old 9.7 lbs. I know that she needs to lose weight but I am afraid to walk her because of the pain - not sure how severe it is though - need suggestions for exercises and/or putting a split on her leg to support it so she can walk. I am cutting back her food and going to give her vitamins and glucosamine and she is on a pain killer. Going to see the vet Monday to diagnose severity but want to do everything I can in the meantime to help her. If anyone is familiar with this and can give me suggestions please let me know. Thx.

She is not a progressive, she is a wealthy elite running on status and backed by corporate donors and sponsors. She will not change America, it will only be more of the same. She is not the candidate the Democrats should put forward.

No, I'm not a Republican, nor a conservative. I am fearful that she will take the nomination and ensure a Republican victory in '08. She, like Bush, is a divider, not a uniter.

Background informatiom~~ 2 weeks ago my cat Molly give birth to 4 kittens. Then last Thrusday I noticed that my other female Maggie was bleeding from her vaginia. I never even noticed that she was pregers, but it seamed the she was giving birth & I set her up in a birthing box. After an hour nothing had happened,the bleeding had stopped & she was up walking around, so we asumed that maybe she had her kitten(s) outside. We then put her outside & watched her. We even walked the intire yard looking & listening for kittens. We can came up empty handed. So my next though was maybe she had a miscarriage, I called the vet & he said to just keep an eye on her & look for signs of infection. So now I have Molly with kittens & Maggie without any. During last few days Maggie has climbed in with Molly & her kittens. Molly seams not to care & Maggie nurses the kittens while Molly is away. Last night, Molly was nursing 1/2 & Maggie the other 1/2. I'm not sure what I should, if anything. Advice needed

I have a laser printer at work.. don't know much about it other than the paper is HOT AS HELL when it comes out!!! I usually can't pick it up for a good 2 minutes.. then its still really hot; I can hardly handle it. I know its supposed to be somewhat warm but geez... I could fry an egg on it!!
