I need some help with legal wording on two motions I wish to enter into my upcoming court case. I make just enough money to not qualify for an attorney, and not enough to pay for one myself, so I need some help.

This is what I need some help figuring out: I wish to have the judge's(1st motion), and county attorney's(second motion) oaths (that they took when they took their offices) read into the trial record.
I suppose I could write it just like this, but usually if you don't have things worded perfectly for court, it can get tossed out.

Any help whatsoever, would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I saw this movie a few times and I really enjoyed it. I know that this movie can hold a lot of messages, but I'm wondering what everyone else got from it? well..yesterday i found a parking ticket from october of 06 and it hasnt been payed for.

i havent gotten any mail about this, and it doesnt seem like its in the ticket database.( i tried to find it)

Is my license suspended? do i have a warrant? please help!

Does no one ever use the "check spelling" feature before they submit their questions? I'm no genius, but I'm sure that they have gone through some sort of schooling and should have practiced spelling. No one seems to spell correctly anymore, what with all the internet spelling...or mis-spelling that's taking place. What do you think?

I have a cheap DVD/VCR Combo Unit, Memorex Brand. DVD works fine, but the VCR has no tracking, and if I clean the heads it only works for a few minutes. HELP!

Divorcing my highschool sweetheart whom I have been with for twelve years. We have two kids. He cheated and left us in the beggining of last year. I am devastated. I tried dating but it is hard being a single mom and having time to date. Counseling did not work. I am still so incredibly sad. I hate him and miss him at the same time. Romans 10:9 says that if you believe in your heart that God raised Jesus from the dead, and confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, you will be saved. It does not exclude demons from this, yet I'm pretty sure somewhere else in the Bible it says that demons can't be saved. I also have never read a passage of Scripture wherein demons called Jesus "Lord", so I figure even if that verse did apply to them, none of them did what was required, and thus none were saved (as far as we know).

Does anybody know if there are nuances to the original Greek, or other supporting verses, that would rule out demons being included in the audience of Romans 10:9?
