Recently a lot of major changes have happened in my life. My mother is suicidal, and very depressed. No one in my family will take care of her, it's up to me to be there for her. I'm not complaining about that by any means. My father sent the whole family for a loop when he said he didn't want anything to do with us anymore, because his real family (his gf of 7months family) is his family, and not us. I can't find a job, and to be truthful, though I go on countless interviews, i'm almost happy I can't get one (but i really do want one, just the one I want not a crappy min. wage one).

I need to find a way to deal with the stress because it's harming my relationship with my boyfriend of three years. What makes it more stressful is that it's in long distance mode right now. Any advice or management ideas would be greatly appreciated! thank you!

I run about 2 to 4 miles every day. My legs never cramp up.. it's only my stomach. More specifically, either the right or left areas under my ribs. After maybe the first 7 minutes of running, the cramps start.

My old cross country coach told me it was because I was breathing incorrectly. She told me to inhale only through my nose, and exhale only through my mouth, consecutively.

So far it hasn't been working, unless I'm using that technique incorrectly. And I never eat within at least 2 hours before I run, nor do I drink a lot of water before or during the run.

So can anybody tell me why this is happening, and how to prevent this?

so tell me, is there anyone else out there who found the 7th HP book rather...well not that great? I mean, I loved it so much until the end. The battle scene however felt very anti-climatic. There was no intensity to it and I was very disappointed. Also I think Fred's death was a low blow, very low indeed. I thought the whole thing with Dumbledore was odd too. I mean JK has made such a point that Dumbledore was dead, yet here Harry goes and has anice little chat with a deadman in his head..it all just seemed...rushed, and not up to it's best standards.. I loved the rest of the book up until here...it's just this part made me not like it as much as I really wished I could have..It seemed everyone else just loved the book,but does anyone feel the same way I do?

Hi,
My situation is I have a place in Washington and will be moving to the east coast for work and having to rent an apartment and keeping my place in Washington. So I would be paying two monthly rents. Now my stepdad said that you would get a chunk of the money back for your tax return because it would be for work. Whats the percentage I would get back or just more info. Is this possible I hope I explained this ok so somebody knows what I am talking about. Thank you

A friend recently moved back from being away for several years with her family. She has a 6 year old son and a 1year old girl. I have a 3 1/2yro that I really don't even want around her son. He is uncontrollable. When you ask him to do something he literally throws a fit, screaming like a baby, running away and hiding, or he tries to negociat every little detail. He doesn't listen to other adults, and is down right rude at times, to adults and other kids. I feel he is a bad influence but have never had to deal with this type of behavior and my opion is of no use. She has taken him to several doctors. They say he has ADD, and shows signs of Asburger disease. She always seems to make excuses for his behavior, and he doesn't seem to be getting any better even with medication. Are their any other options for her. How are we the friends and family to handle this behavior. And what kind or example is this setting for my child, and her younger child?

There are no doubts that life in India is very different from that in some other developed country. It is also without doubt that Indian economy is increasing and doing better than it ever has. Countries, the world over, recognise india as an emerging trend-setter and provider for services, especially human resources. A large percentage of population in its youth talk about vibrance and potential for growth. And yet, we're not there yet.. So what are the things we encounter everyday in our lives that we hope to be better someday? What are some things that he hope wouldnt be there in India someday? In the past I have only had to fill out w-2 forms. Now, I am switching jobs and they require that I only do a w-4 form. Can someone please tell me what the difference is? I am in Minnesota and also in sales (not 100% commission) if that makes a difference.

I have a GMC 98 1500 Serria
(305 engine what they call a baby vortex)
the gas gauge floats, and alot of times
just drops to E and stays there, and other
times it will go all the way to F and stay
there, (and I have about a 1/2 tank of gas).
The last 2 times that the gauge started doing
this, in about 6 months the fuel pump went out.
are these actually defective fuel pumps
( happened twice now) or could there be an
electrical problem causing them to go out.
When I first bought the truck I had it 3 years
before the fuel pump went out, but now it seems
about every 6 mos the gauge starts acting as
stated above. Thank you for any assistance you
may be able to offer in this matter

I don't know about anyone else out there, but I was about ready to vomit about two minutes into it. I couldn't get farther into the film than the dining room scene. I had to stop it because my IQ had dropped to my shoe size. Anyone else think this film is about the worst ever made? Your thoughts are appreciated.

Ok, I know this is weird, but I haven't French Kissed yet (sorta waitin for the right person, ya kno?) Anyways, I've read a bunch of stuff about it, and I've heard that alot of ppl practice on Ice Cream, or their fingers. Is there any other way to practice French Kissing?
Also, I know this is even weirder, but I don't understand what you do with your tongue...do ya circle your partner's tongue er what?
I know that it's a stupid question, but when the kiss comes, I want it to be perfect. I would REALLY appreciate if u help me, and not tease me, lol =D

Ever since she had a b/f she started ignoring me. Got on my nerves a couple of times and refuses to acknowledge what she is doing- the usual girl ignoring friends after getting a b/f- the works. And still keeps saying I am her "best friend". She is the one who is busy all the time and blames me for it. Dunno how to handle this. Her family also invited me over..which makes it even more awkward as I am sure my friend has told all kinds of things to them about me. If I dont go, again everyone will think I am the bad one in the relationship. And I am still too bitter to go- dont think I can manage even a smile. Frankly, I've been trying hard to avoid her till I get over it. What is the right thing to do?
