Personally I say no, as the Bible is religious dogma with no discernible educational value. However in school we were allowed to read whatever we wanted to in our free time, some people read the bible. I don't see why people would be against that as it was not forced upon the entire class and they were not trying to prosthelitize anyone.

I was raised a Catholic. My husband and I were unable to be married in the Catholic Church, and I know that they do not recognize a "Justice of the Peace" kind of marriage. Are we still able to get a child we had together baptized in the Catholic Church?

I am currently staying in Boston with my husband and 2 daughters, and we are from Alabama. Everywhere we go people are giving us horrendous looks, bad glances, dirty stares, rude treatment at restaurants, etc. We are headed to New York in 2 days to finish our trip. I am hoping we do not have the same, horrible time we had here in Boston. Is this becuase we are from the South and have accents different from theirs? And are all New Englanders this awful?

I have a 1992 S-10 Blazer 4x4 4.3L vortec, auto. First it started running rough and stalling, now it won't start or starts and runs for a minute then quits. I have confirmed that the fuel pump is good, new fuel filter, plugs/wires/cap&rotor. I am getting 53lbs fuel pressure, all ignition parts working. Problem is, Chevy, in their great wisdom, put the fuel pressure regulator and the EGR valve inside the intake manifold!
My question is-what are the symptoms of a bad fuel pressure regulator and what are the symptoms of a bad EGR valve???

I took my video iPod on my tripo to Europe. It was in my backpack when it when through airport security, but a coin was layijng on it. The magnetic field screwed up the display and now there is a black circle on the top right, the size of a quarter (the coin laying on top of it). It is surrounded by a thin ring of yellow. and rest of the screen is white with crack-like looking things. I can hear music but I can see anything but that. Can you heklp me... do i still have a warrenty?
