You can have your child baptized Catholic if you intend to raise your child Catholic. You may have to take a "refresher course" and start practicing by attending Mass. (Check with your local priest to be sure.) If you don't go to Mass, they may feel that you aren't going to raise your child Catholic. I know it's hard because you cannot receive the Eucharist, but you can still go and participate in Mass.
Is there any chance of getting your marriage situation remedied? Perhaps a previous marriage needed to be annulled? It's not too late to try for that so you can have your marriage blessed and regularized and then start receiving the Blessed Sacrament again.
Regardless, though, the Catholic Church most certainly WANTS to baptize your child. They'll help you find a way.

You and your husband should pray and make a commitment to God that you will try to do your best to raise the child to know the Lord. Let the child decide themselves to be water baptized when they know why they are doing it. Your prayer to God will keep the child protected by God until they make the choice. Hope this helps.

Why don't you take this opportunity to have your marriage blessed and have your child baptized, bringing your whole family to a better place spiritually.

Try to get your marriage blessed by a priest. Its something he can do after Mass I think, but you have to schedule it. Then I think you can have your baby baptized.
Try asking people who actually know what they're talking about.

The bible says that only believers can be baptized. This is found in Acts 8:35.
Is your child old enough to accept Jesus as
their own Lord and Saviour, and to believe with
all thine heart?

What Hildulf said. Baptism is a symbolic display of a decision that a baby is not able to make.

In my experience, probably not. But the Lutheran Church or any protestant church will.
