Celibate means you do not have sex, or you refrain from having sex after many years of having it.
And as for other terms like it, I've no idea what you're talking about. My only suggestion is when you come across a word you don't understand, go to Dictionary.com and do a search for the meaning, you will find it a great help.

If you're just looking at the Catholic church's definitions, "Celibacy" is a vow they take never to get married. (I think Mormons have to take such a vow too, but not sure.)
Chastity means no sex.
Priests in the Catholic church don't take vows of chastity. Some monks do, but not your garden-variety diocesian priest.
That means if a priest does have sex, he isn't breaking his vow of celibacy; he is having illicit sex, but he isn't breaking his vow.
So if you're celibate, you're not married. If your chaste you're not having sex.

celibacy is abstaining from any sexual intercourse,practiced by nuns,members of the clergy,& extremely ugly women.
