Hi, I've been looking to add a balcony to the second floor of my parent's home. It would be large, around 8x8 and be situated over a driveway. I do understand a permit needs to be obtained for such a structure, but I was wondering if the house and property would be taxed at higher rates since the value of the property would probably be increased. Is there any estimation on how much more expensive this would be (we are located in Queens, NY)? Thanks for reading!

Ever get in a bad mood and your're just bitchy for no reason that you can figure out? Well that's the way I'm feeling today, and my husband says that I take out my moods on him and that if work is annoying me so much - then I should just lash out at the people here that are annoying me.

It's not the people, or the work - I just don't want to be in work at all lately - just so lazy. And that's not why I'm in a mood...I don't know why I'm in a mood...I just am not happy today. And I feel like I'm going to snap every time someone asks me to do something for them.

Why can't he understand that sometimes I dont' know why I'm in a bad mood? And leave it at that and stop digging for reasons?

What do you think will happen to Harry Potter in future?

I am a huge Harry Potter and I hope as well as think that it will be a piece of cake for children at least for the next 20 years or so. Even though the final book disappointed me a bit (see the other questions I have asked today from my profile), still I will never be able to forget the phenomenon it has created, myself. The first ever Harry Potter book that I read was Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban in 2003, and even though I didn't understand half of it (I didn't even know that there were two previous books), I have stayed glued to the books ever since.

Finally, let's all raise a glass to Harry Potter, the boy who lived, and JKR, the lady who stirred the world.
