While manufacturers generally rate a uniflex as being adequate for a number of different swing speeds, the actual flex of the shaft is usually in between a std reg and stiff flex.

Actually, below is the swing speed and shaft recommendation from the callaway web site. Uniflex is exactly what it says, it accomodates various swing speeds from senior up to x-stiff.

< 180 yards - 60 - 70mph - Ladies Ladies
181 - 200 yards - 70 - 80mph - Uniflex Senior (Light)
201 - 240 yards - 80 - 90mph - Uniflex / Regular
241 - 275 yards - 90 - 100 - Uniflex / Stiff Firm
> 276 yards - 100mph - Uniflex / X-Stiff Strong

The easiest way to learn golf like a pro is by following "The Simple Golf Swing" program. It's primarily a 31 page eBook that teaches golfers how to make solid contact with the ball, how to avoid hitting fat, how to avoid slicing, how get more power, accuracy, and consistency in your swing. Consistency being the number 1 golf skill.
You not only get the eBook though, you also receive a ton of extra material including video, lessons on putting, driving, chipping, sand play etc. Here is their official site: http://www.golfswingguru.net
