My manager at work just invited me to her wedding. I hardly know her. I heard that she is asking for money, but that seems so impersonal and it isn't something I'd like to give.
Are there any ideas that are unique and inexpensive. She has two young children, maybe a movie certificates?

Ohkay so i'm looking for a new hairstyle that includes bangs. But the kind of bangs that i would like is something that doesnt require much maintenance such as hairspray, gel, etc. though daily straightening is fine
I'm planning on growing my hair out or keeping it the same length but i will not cut it shorter. I also like to keep my hair in a pony tail at times. I'm a low maintenance kind of person so i dont like to put all kinds of chemicals in my hair.

so all in all, im asking which type of bangs would fit my character and face?
here are a couple of pictures of what my hair currently looks like. and please i know im not a supermodel and i look far from beautiful so please dont be mean and point it out, im just looking for advice here, not critisism

i asked a guy for his screename but i only knew him for like 2 days, but it was my last chance and i just went for it. after i got the screename, i added him to by buddy list and he came online at 1am that night and i IMed him and things seemed to be going well, we were just talking but then he just stopped IMing for a long time and i looked on the buddylist and he put up his away message. thats weird though because the last thing i said was i asked him a question (it wasnt a weird question or anything either) and then he just signed off like 45 minutes later.

do many guys do this? what does it mean? was he not interested in talking to me? im worried because i like him and want to talk to him, but im afriad he will do this everytime i IM him

If someone has

1. continued stiffness in the back of the neck, accompanied by,
2. continued eye tingling and eye pressure with on and off redness, accompanied by
3. chronic sinus inflammation
4. popping ears
5. dizziness and slight headache

which was started by a virus infection which included a swollen testicle that was cured followed by extended kissing and protected sex.

I have a friend who get sher baby to sleep by laying her child on an adult pillow and putting it in between her feet and shaking it , holding him in it so he doesnt fall out,sometimes even doing this in her arms, moving her arms back and forth very hard very fast.. can this cause shaken baby syndrome, I am concerned for her, my husband wants her to watch our child tomorrow eveing but im afraid....
