my mother started the mess in hopes of gaining my daughter. the courts placed my then 6yr old w/ex until i went through parenting class. (my mother never agreed with my parenting) thats what started the mess. my daughter loves her father and wants to visit him often, she wants me to be the custdial parent so she has options on visits. we live 8 min away from each other and hates that her dad controls visits and doesnt follow the court guidlines. she is going on 12.what can i do?

First, my keyboard went mad, half the keys stopped working. Then, when i would turn it on, it would say something about the floppy drive not working. Then one day it just wouldn't turn on. The fan doesnt even start. Someone suggested replacing the power supply. Is this common with eMachines?

i was cleaning a house for caldwell banker, these people got everything they wanted and told us to throw away everything else in tha house. we found two stock certificates for Monsanto equaling three shares. what I want to know is since i aquired them legally is there a way i can get them in my name or are they no good to me? who would I contact to find that out, Monsanto? one was bought in 1979 one was bought in 1990. they were gonna throw them away, in texas once it is thrown away it is first come first serve, if you want it it's yours.

I've fancied this woman for 2 years, and we have been best mates since we met, however since i've known her she has had a bf. When we were talking to each other we both said we liked each other, but were to shy to ask each other out. About a year ago i moved 200miles away and while i've been away she asks how i am, and if need of anything would do anything for me, even said she would drive 200miles 2 bring me back 2 c mates. I saw her for 1st time in 12 months last weekend and she was so happy, her bf went away and she's not happy wiv him. While he was away we went to cinema, nightclubbin and i met her parents and went to her house on three seperate occasions, she keeps holdin my hand, wantin me to hold her, confides in me, says she wants 2 dump her bf but can't cos she loves him. Then on saturday says she fancies me still but wouldn't cheat on her bf,, she smiles all time when i'm around and complements me, she always says she love me and misses me, should i make a move.

i am muslim and have been confronted by many christians about my beliefs and have been told that i am going to hell for not believing that jesus is god and the son of god. isn't that for god to decide? because in islam it is a major sin to put yourself on the same level as god, and only god can decide/ knows who is going to heaven and hell. i have also had people try to educate me about christianity when i haven't asked for their help and i don't care. i personally choose not bring up religion at school and i was yelled and screamed at by a christian girl about the trinity and jesus, and when i asked her to prove to me how what she was saying was true she couldn't, she only said that it was the truth. but i didn't even bring up reigion, becuase like i said i don't like talking about it in school. why do so many christians want to spread jesus to those of us that don't want it? because if i wanted to be christian i would, i don't agree w/ their values and beliefs. why do you all do this

A bit over a year ago I got a ticket for which I went to court and pleaded reckless driving in order not to get points on my license. I paid the higher fine and thought that was it.

Now I am getting charged an insurance surcharge which shows those points! (I got 2 other traffic tickets since).
How do I get the points removed?

why does she not understand that she lost my trust because she disobeyed the rules. I left the house and when I came back i found her boyfriend running out the back door. He is not allowed in the house and especially when i'm not home. I got mad at her and told her i felt betrayed because she knew he was not supposed to be in there and who knows what they were doing. she clammed up and says she cant talk to me because i get mad. well how does she want me to get, HAPPY? i don't think so i told her to grow up and stop acting childish like if i'd beat her or i'd throw her out of the house. i've tried talking to her about everything but she thinks everything i say is just to thwart her. i don't know what to do anymore should i just let her do what she wants? Her dad says it's all my fault anyway because i always let her do what she wants in the first place, she would go to the park every single day w/BF,did no chores,go 2 movies,just out walking with BF, now she's grounded.
