i have 70k in debt, all of which are in collections. I have called a BK lawyer to help me but got scared. don't want BK to stay in my record for 7 yrs. someone told me that that's the last time i should do. is it true that if i try to settle/negotiate my debts, then it wouldn't take as long as 7yrs for my credit score to go up again? how do i negotiate/settle my debts with collection agencies. they're mean! i'm terrified of them! please help. i'm in big trouble - my entire family is affected, esp. my 3 kids!

i have a new computer and it has,for the most part,been working just fine.The other day i turned on my computer and my keyboard wasn't working.I've checked to see if it was plugged in properly and it was.I checked the status of the keyboard and it stated it was in working condition.I'm some what confused ,please help!

please dont say she takes bad care of them, she takes wonderful care of them, but the hamster just got its foot stuck in its wheel and got scared so she chewed it off, the hamster doesnt seem like it is in any pain at all, it has not lost its appetite. since it lost its foot and walks just fine, so do you think it will be ok? (btw she got rid of the wheel)

Can you have a really pretty dress when you get married at a Justice of the Peace? Would that look weird? We are just going to have the wedding at the justice of the peace cause we are not going to have one of those huge weddings just one with a few family members and a couple of friends we think but have a pretty reception somewhere nice afterwards...Someone tell me what you think?

My great-grandmother was a full-blooded Navajo. I look like a Navajo and have talked with scores of Indians. I used to live in Tahleguah, OK, where the seat of the Cherokee gov't is. I also lived in Missoula, MT.
Almost to a person, Indians have told me that they HATE 'Native American'. It is a PC name applied to them by white people. They especially don't like 'American' as a noun. As a geographical adjective, 'American Indian', they don't mind. So why all the PC stuff from everyone? They've been Indians since the whites got here. They prefer 'Indian'. Why don't you call them Indians?

A few things I need prayer for if you don't mind....
1. My cousin is in Iraq and his teammate just got shot. He is getting ready to miss his son's first birthday and his wife is a wreck! Please pray for his safe return as well as all of our other troops!
2. I am ready to devote my life to Christ. As hard as it has been in the past, I feel that I am ready and need support!!
3. I am going in the coast Guard and Boot Camp will be tough! please pray that I make it through!!
4. My friend's mother was just diagnosed with 5 more cancerous tumors that are inoperable. The last one left her parylized! Please pray for her and her family!

I know these are alot og things to pray for, for someone you don't know, but I believe in the power of prayer!!! I will pray for everyone whom prays for me and my family and friends. Thank you and God bless!!

Also if you know of any good websites or books that help people become better christians that would be great!! Its just so hard in this world!

She is taking anti depressants and she says she doesn't love me. I asked if it could be the antidepressants that numbed her feelings for me and she says she doesn't think so. I've just being subscribed Prozac and i'm starting to feel like my feelings a draining for her. what do you think i should do, do you think i should tell, and say lets be close friend so when our emotions come back we might start again. I often notice, in my circle of friends.. and as everyone thinks it's a norm.. People talking about another person behind their back. Critisizing them and making fun of them, whilst being sweet to their face. I know almost everyone does it, sometimes even unconsciously. It has become so prevelant that I think if we told our friends and family to talk about something, other than someone else... there would practically be no conversation. It may seem rude, but I tell my friends to not do it, and if they want to continue they can do it without me.

Think about it.. If this person can talk about someone else with you, what makes you so sure they wont be talking about YOU with someone else?

hey guys, need your advice. my pink vaio comes with optical mouse but it won't install.

One that is family owned and operated, NO CHAINS (Luby's, Chili's, Olive Garden, etc.). Mine is this Italian restaurant called Fresco's. The food is yummy, and the ambiance is cozy with all those dimmed lights. Not too expensive either.

A tree that is fairly small good for placing in the corners of fencing. That reaches the maxium of 15 ft high and 10 ft spread. I would rather a 10 ft tree. I need something that will not attract pest and doesn't need much maintainence if any. Also there will be four of these along the front of the yard with a good distance spread but I don't want the front of the house to be hidden. I don't want it to attract alot of bees or wasp as that is a high risk I must avoid. If you can help me choose this, I would greatly appreciate it! Thank you for at least viewing if you couldn't help. :)
