If you can, try a different keyboard, or try yours on another PC.

if it's keyboard is dead, contact supplier for a replacement keyb

If it's a system issue, contact the supplier for support

You first need to find out if it is your system or the keyboard itself. Do you have an older keyboard in storage or one you can borrow from a friend to test your system? If you plug in a different keyboard and it works, you know it's the hardware, not the system itself. If it doesn't work you know it's your PC. Either way, because your computer is new you probably have a year warranty. You probably also have free tech help from the manufacturer.

Perhaps you need to install drivers for it. If I were you, I would try it on some other computers and/or try another one on yours to dwindle down on the problem.

It very well could be the keyboard itself, if your computer is under warranty, you should call dell or whoever and let them know that your keyboard has stopped working. It sounds to me that its hardware issues.
