You know what, girls like naughty boys. As she didnt complain about it, you can assume that she is not mad at you. So, I say that you have a really good chance of dating her. Just let her cool down for a few days and then ask her out.

I doubt you stand a chance of you dating her. Hell, I wouldn't be surprised if she slapped you when you asked her. Just apologize and tell her it was wrong to peep at her. Depending on her response, you may or may not have a chance.
