A college student was arrested Sunday in the slashing of 42 tires on 13 government vehicles in an Army recruiting office parking lot, saying he was angry about the war in Iraq, authorities said.

Following a number of calls about a man wearing black and slashing tires, two deputies stopped a 19-year-old college student from Colorado as he tried to run from the lot shortly after midnight Sunday, a Kitsap County sheriff's office report said.

The man put up his hands, dropped a knife and, after being made to lie on the ground and being read his rights, asked, "Is this the time where I can confess?" deputies wrote. On a portable breath test, his blood alcohol level registered .168, more than twice the legal threshold for intoxication, according to the report. He told deputies he decided to slash the tires of Army recruiting vehicles because he "hated the military and the government and the war we were in.

im 18. and still a virgin.every guy i tell that i am a virgin leaves me.they say the dont want a virgin.this is my generation.i've dated over 50 guys and all of them say the same thing.my question is .How do guys expect a girl not to be a virgin if there not willing to have sex with one.we have to start from somewhere.Im tired of WAITING and i DONT want to wait until im MARRIED so leave those answer out because i dont want to hear it.Guys say im beautiful but when i tell them im a virgin its like im the ugly beast.What can i do? other than the two things i said not to tell me.Should i not tell the next guy im a virgin and deal with it.

Hello,

I work in a welfare to work program. Sometimes I get chewed out by these participants and I really get angry too because it's not like I don't care about them. But after one encounter, I thought I can be more patient. The people I typically get angry with the most are those who you can't communicate with because they're very unwilling to listen to any kind of reason and even after explaining they want to talk to someone else. It was like whatever I was saying did not get through to her one bit and I got real frustrated. Any tips?

I ran my truck out of gas right at the pump and once it was fueled it would not fire.. if I held the gas pedal down it would start to catch but never fully fire.
I get the truck home, change the fuel filter thinking I just got something plugging it up, but with the new filter it does nothing. Any ideas other than fuel pump?? I don't see how running out of gas would trash my fuel pump.. any ideas?

I'm looking for the best plan as in:

- Not getting my face ripped off in closing cost
- Not increasing my current interest rate of 5.8 to something over 8%
- Not having to pay thousands in points

It seems I'm having the same dilemna as when I bought my house and rates were supposedly "low" 4 years ago. I know I can't win, but I simply can't afford my current mortgage payment of $1500+ a month on a house I mortgage $185K for.

I have a Sanyo VWM 406 VCR. I also have a Direct TV satellite dish, X Box, and DVD player hooked up through it. The only one I can get picture and sound from is the Direct TV. I have power on the VCR, DVD, and XBox, but cannot get any picture or sound. I have rechecked the wiring, and everything appears to be hooked up correctly. I have also left everything unplugged for several hours and replugged it all to see if that helps. It didn't. When I press the input button nothing happens either. I have lost the manuel to this VCR.

ok now before any smartass people say "just stop using drugs" understand i have. its been already 9 days since i last smoked and ive failed 2 drug test already. first one my roomate and i took detox from a headshop and he passed but i failed..second i had stoped smoking for 2 days and for those 2 days i drank nothing but water, cranberry juice, pickle juice and certo..from morning to morning till i had to take to test, and i got the results later that day only to my dissapointment i came back positive with an " Extremly High" marijuana count...i dont get it why i didnt pass...i have quit smoking all in all, but my roomate still smokes without a care in the world, and it pisses me off, of how he can pass a drug test and i cant...somebody please help! Rent is coming up and still got no job because of it! oh and an additional detail i failed to mention, is he is very overweight and iam thiner than he is.

I have a '98 cavalier and the power steering is leaking. It's left a mark on the ground where I park it and it looks like it's landing right below the reservoir and pump. How hard would it be to at least diagnose and maybe fix the problem? (For two people with access to the right tools and who are fairly mechanically inclined that is.) I'm just trying to get some *intelligent opinions* on if this is something along the lines of rebuilding a transmission kinda hard or replacing the oil pan kinda hard.

I am a 28 year old single, straight, virgin male that has never had a girlfriend or never even a first kiss. Gee, I guess I should not have ran away from that game of spin the bottle when I was a kid. Anyway, I only went on a couple of dates with two different girls (when I was 23-24) and I was more interested in getting back home to get coffee with my friends. I don't believe in sex before marriage, but I would like to try getting a girlfriend to see if it's worthwhile to have that kind of love in my life. However, I do not like to being touched or be too close to anyone for too long. Kissing seems really gross to me! That might seem immature, but I'd be wouldn't be telling the truth if I said otherwise. I love getting really close to getting a girl interested, then ruining my chances. I get what I only can describe as a "high" from that. I was not ever abused and I am not gay as I am attracted to girls and girls only. Can anyone identify a specific problem. I am lost.

Of course all men dont cheat but I think all men capable of cheating cheat. I am a guy and was having an argument with my friend we will call him Doug. I made the comment that our other friend I will call him John who just got married a 2 months ago cheated on his wife Sara by going on a business trip and getting oral from some random collage girl that was coming on to him. Doug got really upset and said he would never do that.... but Doug is the kind of guy that would never happen to.... he it the type of guy that would be lucky to get anyone. There were three to be executed, a Mykla, a Calamity and a Whale called jim jr m. They were all going to be executed. The executioner said that since all three were to be executed that night, that they would each get to choose the method by which they would die.

Their choices were: lethal injection, electric chair or by hanging. Calamity was afraid of needles and did'nt want to be hanged.the girl chose the electric chair. she sat in the chair and they pulled the switch and nothing happened. The executioner said that if this happens a second time that she could go free. They tried a second time and again nothing happened so they set her free.

The girl called Mykla was also afraid of needles and did'nt want to be hanged so she too chose the electric chair. Once again, the chair didn't work and she was free.

Next it was the Whale jim jr m's turn to pick how he was to be executed. He said "I'm afraid of needles, the electric chair won't work so you're going to have to hang me".
