i only have a dvd player, not a burner.so I know i would need a burner but how do you get the old movies transferred to the computer software.

I was charged with a 3rd degree felony theft in Florida which is my one and only offense. I have completed probation and recieved witheld adjudication.

I would like to know the general cost to hire an attorney to handle the case to expunge my record. Also I would like to know how long it usually takes to complete the process.

My cat stopped eating,drinking and eliminating for 3 days. Getting to vet earlier was impossible. Currently, he has been hospitalized for 3 days. Dr. placed catheter in bladder and gave ivs. He says prognosis is good. Good God! I don't want to see the bill. Any ideas?
Really, how can I prevent such problems in the future? Is one diet or food better than another? I feed a good quality dry food and give canned food as occasional treats. I also have a second male, neutered cat. Help! I can't go through this again.Any advice? Thanks.

I'm gonna have to take these classes next year as a junior and it SUCKS! I already know i don't like chemistry but im not sure about calculus. Is it as hard and boring as people say it is? I want to be a baby doctor when i grow up but im not looking forward to the hard science classes :)

In the "olden" days children would be punished for speaking out against their parents/teachers. People didn`t play video games but instead spent time with their families. Many other changes have occured...these are just a few.
Why have our expectations lowered so dramatically? Why have we become ruder, lazier, and more sedentary? Why don`t we appreciate the goodness of what life used to be? You see it in the media and how people live their lives. I already know that advancing technology is a factor. What else could it be? Is there an underlying principle that makes humans less interested and productive as time wears on?

We've been friends for a couple years and I think he likes me because he'll look at me and when I notice, he looks away. My friends have noticed too. I bought a Gateway that has an Realtek 8185 extensible wireless device built in. What do I have to do to have a wireless connection. I have a motorola router but it only lets me hook up with a ethernet cable. What do I need? The whole kit with the slip in card or just a wireless router?

my friends adoptive father has brain cancer, he has lost a lot of weight , and strength. He has no family willing to take the time or the money to help him. He is practically broke , living alone , has no air conditioning and no way of getting out of the house for anything.

Now im wondering if there is a place he could go or an organization i can contact for him to get help in illinois. Please if you have any info or advice , it would be greatly appreciated. thanks
