My boyfriend and I have decided not to go to the formal night on the cruise because he don't have a tuxedo, and frankly, the amount it would cost to buy one is like paying for the dinner, are we really missing out on much besides a good dinner. We still get to eat at a buffet right...this is for Soverign of the Seas Royal Carribean

Basically, I am looking for an opinion as to if my real estate investment estimates are realistic.

I'd like to thank CommonCents for reminding me that I forgot depreciation in my calculation, and it makes a HUGE difference. So I need to add the following assumptions:

- 50% of the purchase price is depreciable, 50% is land
- 25% of yearly expenses are depreciable
- Depreciation is 2.5% of the depreciable amount per year

As a sidenote, I am aware of the advantages of leverage, but I am choosing not to do so because I want to maximize short-term cash flow and minimize risk. I realize that this severely undercuts long-term growth.

Knew her for 9 years. She was my highschool crush. Lost contact for a yr or 2...then ran into her at a niteclub n she looked mor beautiful than ever. Was instant flames rekindled for both of us. At the time she was in a r/s that she had bn holding on2 for 2 yrs...but she was getn abused n treated like **** all the time from him n was really not happy. We chatted on msn nearly erry nite...n she came 2 me wit her problems. She soon left that dickhed...n we started seein eachotha alot, within a MONTH we agreed 2 go furtha n bcum an item. Everything was SO gud.. thur was 100% trust, communication, fun, understanding, loyalty n we jus had everythin in common. It's her last yr @ TAFE n i kno it means alot to her to pass. this guy i know has told me " im the one who got away" and that he thinks about me " a lot " and even tried to get me to come over and have sex. One time when i was horny i wrote him about the thigns i want to do to him, and he wrote back and said his dingy was HARD and throbbing... howver...

Our physics teacher just asked this question in class. And I'm pretty sure it is possible.Acceleration is given by the formula v-u/t.
But if the sum (v-u) is not zero then acceleration cannot be zero!

okay so my neighbors bought our jeep from us...they let it sit for 5 weeks without starting it or anything, and now theyre having all kinds of problems with it, and theyre blaming us saying that we skrewed them on purpose.....this is what she said is wrong with it::

huge oil leak
