Floods, No Tap Water, Chaos, No Electricity Chaos for 100s of 1000s, perhaps blowing up water treatment works and Electricity sub stations and walking away is a more effective way of being a pain in the **** than killing a couple of hundred people in suicide Tube bombings or plane crashes
