I don't know much about ram compatability, but I do know that a 184 pin ram wont fit into a 240 pin ram slot. However, since both RAM's the older DDR2 and the newest DDR3 both have 240 pins, I am assuming that the two are interchangable (fitting wise). I don't know if it would be wise to use DDR3 RAM in the motherboard and or mix the two (I can assume that this is probably not reccomended). How can I know exactly what type of ram my motherboard is capable of having. If the slots are 240 pin, and DDR2 and DDR3 are 240 pin (at different speeds however) it would be logical for me to think that it COULD work...Any help would be nice because I am still learning about this stuff. I don't wanna mess up the Alienware that is comming soon...

I'm having my credit cards cancelled here in the Philippines before I leave. Would this amount be good enough for someone who will be out looking for work for let's say about 3-4 months? I will have to pay for food, lodging, transpo, internet rental etc ...

What have the dems sunk to?

George Washington. Abraham Lincoln. Franklin Roosevelt. John F. Kennedy. Ronald Reagan. Who among these men would answer, with a straight face, a question posed by a snowman?

One wonders about the seriousness of a nation that considers the YouTube debate hosted by CNN a success and a triumph. Countless commentators have fawned over how refreshing it was to replace those stuffy old reporters with videos of real people with real concerns. Michael Finnegan and Matea Gold of the LA Times gushed, "Free-wheeling video questions from ordinary citizens put a fresh spark into the staid ritual of presidential debates this week, with everything from a talking snowman to a guy cradling a rifle he called 'my baby'." The reporters then said the debate was more like American Idol than Meet the Press. The implication was that this is a good thing.

i had a contraceptive implant put into my arm that was meant to stop hurting after a few hours, and after 2 weeks of agony i went to a different docter who told me i had a bad infection in my blood and skin around the area where the implant was put in. i was put on antibiotics which are bad for the imune system, and if it was left any longer it could have been serious.
could i sue the docter that put the implant in?... i really don't think she made sure it was clean enough.... also i collapsed on the way out when i had it done.... could this have been a co-incidence or was it because the implant was not put in properly?

Duncan Hunter is not being seriously considered as a strong Presidential nominee? I just need three reasons on why I should vote for him. He is a very respectible man. Can anyone bring dirt to the table against this man? Seriously I can't believe that not very many people are considering him.

My parents live in a poor reception area in the U.K - they don't even get Ch5, I made enquiries about getting them BBC free view, but the signal only allows for the receipt of CBeebies and news. Not a lot of use as I wanted them to have BBC3, C4 e.t.c. The question is, will the sky digi box also not work in the same way, or is it a whole different signal and the package will work?(I don't want to get them anything with a monthly payment)They live in West Oxfordshire, near Burford, if that helps. Thanks in advance.

Eastenders, Emmerdale, Coronation Street... I mean the plots are really unrelaistic, it's never really a normal atmosphere, there's always some murder, a rape, a madman, an abandoned baby, SOMEWHERE going on. And the acting is really, i mean really bad.
