Yes he is/will do..... This isn't all that disimilar to Blair some years back when he vowed to "listen to" ID card fears back in 2005? Or was it when both Blair and Brown listened to the poor in January of this year? Or listening to the public on a referendum on the EU "Treaty/Constitution"? Or was it telling the US to "listen" to the World's fears back in 2003? I guess Gordon must mean that he's been listening to something else all this time...
