Hey Moon :)
Do nothing.... By flawed reasoning I conclude that one has to hold one's thumb with a skyward inclination to hitch a ride anywhere in this Galaxy. You, dear Moon :), are shining brightly in the clear night sky.

Some people are just slow learners, I suppose.
BTW Hope you enjoyed the onions.

There are some who seem to stalk and go through questions simply to add irrelevant Thumbs downs. Anyone who's been on here long knows this isn't from the person questioning. Things like that reflect more on the idiots who do them, although there are answers which deserve a negative vote same as there are those that should get more positive feedback. When this is thoughtfully done the results can be as good as the answers.

Hi Moon,
The people who matter know how you feel and know too how you love giving the thumbs-up! To add a little note might only draw attention to those who love giving the thumbs-down. And there are some about! Sometimes really good answers are given the thumbs-down and often it is clear that someone has just gone through the lot clicking on that column. Just ignore them. So, just continue asking your lovely questions and we'll continue to answer them.

Typically, when I post a question, if I like an answer, I'll give it a "Thumbs Up".
However, if I'm not real fond of someone else's answer? I do not give them a "Thumbs Down" unless they're being a real jerk or a troll.
If they're being real obnoxious, I block them.
By doing this, I still give freedom for difference of opinion & show support for those whos' answers I appreciate...even if they are different from what I would expect.

I really wouldn't. The less attention you bring to this, the better. Also, way back, I was being cloned by someone who posted horrid answers in my name--of course--people who knew me, knew it wasn't ME, but new people were really upset. He got crafty, chose to post a sweet answer & refer to me (answer above) as the clone. The point is, I added an edit to my answer to please click my profile, (he was about a week new), & guess what. I got a violation for "chatting." (I wonder who....?) Honestly, why would anyone assume that YOU, the asker are thumbing down all your answers? My suggestion--stay just as you are! No explanation needed.

I am afraid not my friend as you don't have to. Though not many people agrees to your answers and questions, there are others that are on your side. Furthermore, there's no way that will make the whole world just to like a person. Whatever you do, we have faith in you.

Cheers :)

it's not necessary moon, people who ask questions aren't responsible for how other people rate the answers. We all know it's not you giving thumbs downs, pointing out the fact will just encourage people to do it more.
