I have 74.21 euros and online, it told me i could get 101.27 u.s dollars for it. the conversion at this very moment is 1 Euro to 1.36 USD.
is the dollar good at the moment? when should i wait to convert my euros in?

The dollar is falling in worth and has been since 1913.
