okay, well I'm a guy, and I've been stood up four times this month. The wierd thing is that girls give me their numbers and when i call them and ask to hang out they seem extremely cool about it... They just never show up the next day, or rather even give me a call the next day. What does that mean? Why would a girl give me her number, engage in a good conversation, agree to meet up with me somewhere and never show up or even call to say "oh i cant make it?"

No matter what I do, my steaks always come out dry. I love to eat rib-eye steak and I like they well-done. Some one told me to sear them on both sides to seal in the juices and cover my pan with aluminum foil. But they don't come out as tender and juicy as I would like them. Any Ideas on what I should do?

My husband doesn't want to spend $160.00 to rent a sound system for a backyard party. He said we could buy a pretty good boombox for $160. The thing is, I'm not sure the sound is going to carry that well with a boombox. Is there something out there that would work for a backyard that doesn't cost more than $160 or thereabouts. My husband doesn't want to just throw the money away (that's what he thinks renting is). But I don't want the music to make people go deaf within 3 feet of the music source and yet people on the outskirts won't be able to hear a thing.

During the time I served, I never saw it. I guess it is good in a way because god forbid they get drunk and embarrass themselves, they might lose the respect necessary to lead effectively. Or, it could be the other way around.
Are they allowed to?
Do you think it's a bad idea?

My best friend is 18 and has a 5 year old son, i know this guy he is sweet and will do anything for his son. He tells him storys at night to help him sleep, and tells him about what kinda person his mother was. My best friends parenta don't think that he is mentally stable enough to take care of his son. when there is nothing wrong with him, he loves his son to death and has a wonderful boyfriend who has helpped so much. Soical Services took his son away and sent him so Cali so he can never see his father again. i know that his son is scared and wants his father but they wont let him see him. Is there anyway that he could get his son back?

First you say you have to believe in God to go heaven or you go to hell right! But If one religion who believes in the same God but different rules, you say there going to Hell because they don exactly believe your rules for God! I am 17 and I have an abnormally small head. I am enslaved to volume shampoos and hair spray to keep my appearance looking normal and my body proportioned. I literally have no head to work with. I can't even put it into a pony tail, it looks dumb and my hair is too heavy. I have to cut my hair a certain way to keep volume and I'm tired of it. I just want to leave my hair alone without always messing with it. I want to know if there is any cosmetic surgery or special implant that can be placed on my head? Or like a plastic piece that can be put over my skull almost like a helmet. yeah this haunts me all day.

She SAYS that I'm borderline eating disorder. I think she's being paranoid. I have been trying to lose weight, I'd say I consume about 700- 1000 calories a day. That's not bad is it? Cutting back a little isn't gonna hurt me right? I weigh, about 125 pounds right now, and I'm 5'5. I'd say I have a medium body frame, but I think I still have some weight to lose. I really wanna get down to maybe 110 pounds. She's making me go to counseling for a problem I don't even have!!!
