I used to work for a billing company and if they got a superbill with aprimary diagnosis that they knew an insurance company would not pay for, ie. mental problems, hair loss, obesity, but the doctor put other problems, say hypertension, they would list the medical diagnosis and omit the non covered ones. I think this is insurance fraud. If so, how could an audit be done anonymously? I would love to close them down. You can tell I have a beef with this company.

It seems to be not getting any water to it. It worked fine 2 days ago. There is a bathroom across the hall and when you flush the toilet, it makes a loud howling sound. Any ideas what could be going on?

we were at work , (i work in a restaraunt) and were sitting in a booth talking about babies, one of the coworkers brought her baby, he is adorable, but i dont think all babies are adorable so i said that and this one guy got upset and he said i think all babies are beautiful and i think he said i dont know what babies you're looking at , but anyways, its my opinion, so i dont know why he got upset, he's 24 and i just turned 20 , i also said i would like to adopt and not have kids and i wasnt even talking to that guy but he butted in and said why and i told him i think the process of having kids is nasty and he argued with me that's nature, but why would he care? no he's not my bf, hes acquintances/friends with me and i work with him

I raise tropical fish and have heard about using Hydrogen peroxide to keep fungus from attacking unhatched eggs. For years I've been using Methylene Blue with mixed results.

I'm getting it on the upper left arm. It's not a big tattoo, just a small symbol.

What should I expect while I'm getting it, and how do I care for it after? Will my whole arm be sore? Is my skin going to have scars, or open wounds? Can I sleep without hurting my arm?

Why is everyone all over the USC bandwagon? Every year they get ranked really high in the preseaon polls even though they really aren't that good and play in a sorry, sorry conference. Outta the main BCS conferences the Pac 10 may be the weakest. Also they've really only won 1 outright championship outta the 2 recent ones that they won. I seen on Yahoo! sports today and article saying they may be the best college team (this year's team) of all time. I seem to remember this same jibberish back in 2005. 41-38 Rose Bowl is all I gotta say. By the way I'm a Longhorns fan and I'll be the first to say that many years we're overated too, so don't even go barkin up that tree!

Everyone says that I'm gorgeous & beautiful & I have a lot of guys looking my way, but rarely do they actually come up to talk to me. Why is this? Oh, and why when I actually talk to them after they've been looking at me, they act offish & talk very little? It makes me feel as if I could never have a boyfriend. Some get warmer once I talk to them longer, but most don't. Its the strangest thing... could it be out of shyness?
