Make sure you drain the water. You can make tuna sandwich with just a little mayo and onion and its good. You can do the same and use a little less mayo and you can fry it on the stove and maybe even add a slice of cheese at the end. You can make it with macaroni and cheese, onion, celery, peas and mayo and have a salad, you could slice a tomato and put the salad ingredients you have an make a stuffed tomato, just by slicing the top of the tomato to about 6 slices down and not cut all the way, its good.

Tuna Patties...like crab cakes. I usually eat them separate or put them on sandwiches.
(Drain the water, mix tuna with chives, 1 egg, seasonings, and plain saltine crackers. Shape into patties and fry them.)

For a sandwich, drain & mix with mayo & chopped onion.
Spread on whole-wheat bread, butter optional.

For a casserole, boil pasta until 'al dente' & drain.
Make a sauce with mushrrom soup, chopped onions & celery.
Mix pasta with drained tuna & pour sauce over pasta & stir. Place mixture in greased casserole, top with grated cheese.
Bake in oven at 350F for 30-45 minutes until bubbly brown.
