Why can they have nuclear weapons?

how do you prevent yourself from flying off the handle and overreacting ?
i can't quite seem to get things under complete control & tend to be snappy & short tempered and a bit defensive (esp with my husband). and then i feel bad & have to apologize...
i'd rather be my normal self & not get into fights though...
got any tips??

Mine is on my left calf. I fell on a big rock when I was 10-ish.. it made about 5 cuts going in the same direction, and the scars look like I got slashed aross my leg by a bear (ok... a little bear, but still...).

when i was younger about 16 years old i was told i was anemic. well im now 23 and i think i might be again. ive been non stop tired for the past year. its gotten so bad that ive gained about 30 lbs because i dont have energy to get up do stuff.when i do get up and move around i feel very weak i cant focuse,and i get out of breath if i walk up to far or up and down steps.im not obese. but i am about 20 lbs over weight now. and i do try to exersize,on my good days. walking, jogging,riding bikes. i like to stay active.but i just cant like i use too.whats wrong with me.?

my mom and sister go to a free lunch thing at a church every week and every time, they keep trying to get me to go with them. It's not that i don't want free food, it's just that if i ate a free meal, i would feel really guilty about taking that food from people that really need it. I'm not really a religious guy either and it's not about it being in a church or anything like that, it's just that i'm tired of making excuses and i just don't know how to tell my mom without making her feel bad about what she is doing.

my car is trouble,lol,i have just had major things done to my car,and now its chugging,somebody mentioned spark plugs,so i replaced them but still its happening,i went to a garage and he said it could be the spark lead,being a women im fed up with being ripped of,plus im skint,so if anyone knows anything about cars please let me know if thos sounds right before i go ahead and get it done,i got a rover 25,1.4 engine,thanx

Ulike ur best guy friend but u cant tell them, but he like shows jealousy when u talk bout another guy, does that mean he likes u? He remebers things i told him months ago & suddenly brings them up. He's jealous because i consider him 1 of my best friends and i barely got to really know him this year, & i tell my other guy best friend everything before i tell him. & if i tell him my crushes hell be like well Y do u like him? When i would hug my one of my guy friends he had a look like he really didnt like it. But he also told me he had a crush but by the end of the school year he said that she wasnt worth it..so im really confused and i need help because hes coming back from work for school this year again, do i tell him i like him? I mean even my dad thinks he likes me. theirs days wher i dont even think about him and i dream that he comes back and we are together. ...but are tired of the book dominating the entire category. Admit it: it gets tedious after a while.

Okay, okay. Settle down all you indignant die-hard Harry Potter fans. There's no need to flame me...I've heard your arguments before: "Anything that gets kids to read..." "You're jealous...." "Let's see YOU try to..." blah, blah, blah.

I have nothing against Harry Potter, really I don't, in fact I was part of the countdown to midnight celebration (Borders). The problem I have with this (and any fad) is that it's just that: it's a FAD and seems to eclipse every other discussion in the section.

Of course, that it IS a FAD is the only consolation I have....the interest will eventually fade. It's great that kids are reading, but what happens when they're done with HP? Do they return to the TV or do they pick up another book? Hate to say it but I'd bet the former over the later.

I know I am angering some, but I'd love to hear some intelligent responses, not emotional venting

For our annual Christmas Party, we will be playing a variation on the game "Family Feud." As you may know, this game requires people to guess at that the results of various public survey's. I've been talking to this guy for a few months. We're not in a relationship but have sex every so often.
