when i was younger about 16 years old i was told i was anemic. well im now 23 and i think i might be again. ive been non stop tired for the past year. its gotten so bad that ive gained about 30 lbs because i dont have energy to get up do stuff.when i do get up and move around i feel very weak i cant focuse,and i get out of breath if i walk up to far or up and down steps.im not obese. but i am about 20 lbs over weight now. and i do try to exersize,on my good days. walking, jogging,riding bikes. i like to stay active.but i just cant like i use too.whats wrong with me.?

you have to ask your doctor what wrong because only tests can tell you that.
what i can tell you is that the more you work out the more energy you will have. and you have to eat fresh, unprocessed foods in small meals every 2-3 hours (thats 5-6 small meals a day) so your body get energy when it needs it and doesnt have any extra left to store in fat reserves, it also keeps your blood sugar from crashing.
dont eat junk food, candie, cakes, white bread, pasta, pizza, chips, nuggets, pancakes, sodas, alcohol etc.
drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.

Your iron content is probably low which is common in females. Get on a vitamin with iron for women and also you probably don't eat much red meat like hamburger or steak which has someting to do with anemia. Change your diet and get that protien going as well as taking an iron supplement and see if that helps. Good luck.
