I broke my leg and I'm really upset because I'm loosing so much time staying at home. I want to make this time useful but don't know what can I do while I'm not able to leave home(it's already awful because it's summer). My situation is bad enough, I want to make it better by doing somethin really useful or interesting but nothing comes to my mind right now, may be because I'm too upset. In my town, Hershey made the announcement last February that they will shut down several American plants and move the work to Mexico. They site high sugar and labor costs as reasons for the move. The mexican workers will make around 8.00 an day as opposed to the 18.00 a hour the American workers are making. This month the first 100 employees were laid off and by the end of the year they will let the other 500 go. This seems to be a growing trend, the movement of jobs. Everyone has been focused on illegal immigrants taking jobs away from Americans but I am wondering which is worse?So, which do you think is a bigger threat, illegal immigrants or the exportation of jobs? Why?

and steam cleaned and vacuumed up baking soda. I have vacuumed probably 8 times in the last 2 days. What is wrong with this carpet, I don't know what else to do. Everyone has to wear socks in the house or wash your feet before going to bed and such. Anybody else have this problem?

Why does'nt the USA just conquer the world, and remake it in our image?
and then the world would be one big great perfect and succesful country like ours.

Our local Mercury dealer is hardly open.So I'm asking here.Why would the lower spark plug drip some water?We had it started,then it killed and when plug was taken out some water dripped out.Any ideas? It's a 1980 something Mercury boat motor.

For several weeks a person involved in the same industry as myself has been spreading rumors and lies about me in online discussion forums. There is absolutely no truth to any of it. The person has said that other people who have been involved in business with me have told them these things. I have confronted the people and they tell me emfatically that the defamer has made up all of these lies and is just a mentally ill person that is taking pleasure in my dismay. My question is what can I do about it? Is this a crime? I know who the person is as they make no attempt to hide their identity. the allegations they are making have the potential to destroy my reputation and my business that I have worked very hard to build. The person has also stated, "I'm going to to hunt you through every forum I can find." They do this in public forums and in private messages. The administrators of these forums will not ban the person but they do remove his personal attacks towrds me. Help!?!?
