i like this guy. he's 2 years younger than me and i'm 16. what do i do?? btw i'm shy and he's shy....for the most part.

well first of all do he like you back? If so, then make a move and get enough courage to ask him out. you might be thinking that it's just easy for you to say. but if you never try and ask him then you will never know what he thinks of that.
Sometimes you just have to take a risk and being shy is not a problem cuz I use to be shy too but because of a friend's help and advice i'm not shy anymore. Don't be scared! just politely ask him! I hope this works out for you! Good luck!!

Age is nothing but a number. One of you is going to have to get over being shy and make a move on the other person. Are you close friends, like to joke all the time, flirting constantly?

You don't have to do anything, if you are both shy, at least talk to each other. If you just talk and get to know one another, little by little, the shyness will wear off. If not, then it wasn't meant to be. You are both still young, no need to push anything. Just let nature takes it course !
