Last year i wrote a NSF check. On a wrong account Thnking i had money to cover that the amount was 25.00. A year later i get a thing in the mail summing me to court. I showed up to court the judge was a female very rude, inconiderate, unpolite. Not just saying that she had a tone in her voice that was unprofesional. As well as raised her voice to me. I was trying to be polite to her i pleaded quilty cuz i did do it and yes was a mistake on my part. When she asked me how i plead i said guilty, then she asked me a did i have funds to cover this and i was once again trying to tell her and she rudly interupted me and told me im sending this to trail and not accpting my plead. I dont want that women to be my judge again. HOw do i file a complaint against her. I dont know if race had a factor, it did happen in all white community. But i found her behavior unethical for someone of her status. I just want to plead guilty and move on with my life. how can i remove her from my case.

Do you believe that God chooses who is saved and who is damned from the beginning, or is salvation a choice open to everyone ?

I have heard that these two opposing doctrines are called Calvinism (pre-destination) and Arminianism.

Also, I have heard some peopel describe Calvinism as God just knowing beforehand who will accept salvation and who will not, and I have seen pretty heated debates on that aspect alone.

So which is it ? Salvation by acceptance of Jesus Christ as your personal salvation, or a gift for the elect only ? (and NOTHING anyone can do, will change what God ordained before any of us were even born)

I was pulling out of a very narrow street onto a busy road, and bumped into a granite curb.

There's the damage. It isn't very deep, but I have no clue how thick the sidewall of this tire is. I've heard enough stories about people who have totaled their cars after one of the tires blew out, so I'm very nervous about this.

If a guy asks you to go to a hotel with him after 1 year of knowing him, is this considered disrespectfull? Does he think you're easy and trashy if he asks you to do something like that? And if the girl agrees but changes her mind and tells him no, does this make her appear lady like..or is it too late to appear lady like since she already agreed?

I think they are a little on the shallow side, arent they?

I dont mind working, but i hate the job i have right now. I know i should find a job that i like but i'm making good money here and i need to help out my family. Its not that my job is bad, its just that i dont have any interest in it , so thats why i hate it. But everyday i dread goin to work, an look forward to 6pm when i'm able to get off ....soooo what could i do to make it seem like time is goin by so that i wont be so stressed and agravated?

I heard the song yesterday and I LOVED IT...i assumed it was called "I'll always come back to you" or something of the sort...but apparently i was wrong. CAN YOU HELP PLEASE???

I'm 5ft 113 pounds. I never smoked before or after eating the brownie, which was eaten 14 days ago, but I have been around people who smoke.

I'm not worried about having been around smokers, because I passed a drug test once before after having been around them every day (the drug test is for a job).

Will I likely pass a drug test today?

Also, I passed a home test, but the home test was weird because a light line meant thc present, a dark line compared to the control line was a negative result. Mine appeared to be negative, but I'm still not sure because I don't know how dark exactly the line could appear.

We know the Dem's reinterpret the Second Amendment ("...Right of the People to Keep and Bear Arms...") as NOT being an individual right, but meaning the National Guard can have weapons.

But now the Dem's are going after the First Amendment (free speech) by implementing the "Fairness Doctrine" in an attempt to hamper or stifle talk radio.

Is our Bill of Rights dying before our eyes? Are the Dem's simply going to twist the laws in order to criminalize their political opposition instead of compete against it through free debate?
