What would the qualified candidates need as far as past experience?

What kind of references would be helpful?

Wow, really interesting question. I would want to know about not only their romantic relationships but also their family relationships...how they get along with siblings, cousins, and things. References, probably mentors and family members. People who have seen him/her grow as you might like to if you were in a relationship with them.

Kudos, great question for thought!

Oh u go girl this is a great Question.
1) Must be honest
2) Must love/accept my child as well as me
3) Must have a job, steady JOB!
4) Looks aren't too important, But I know from experience, you can't "be with" some one you're not attracted to.
5) If you could have a few ref, bestrfriends, and ex-g/f's (Just to see)
6) Some one that is headed in the same direction as you. Looking for the same things that you are.

No experience is best. He will be tall, smart, very good looking, sexy, educated, and athletic with a high earning potential. I don't need references except to see him around a number of people that know him.

I dont think experience as important as some other things like.

1. Honest
2. Do i get along with them and like them
3. am i attracted to this person
stuff like that...

but i guess it would be nice if they at least had some experience, but it would be ok if they didn't. although if we broke up they would be really clingy then.

That would be one job where TOO MUCH experience would be a problem...If there are too many men and no serious relationships, I'd start wondering if the girl just got around...I'd find her longest relationship and shortest relationship and find out why they ended...

in case you're optimistic that for the time of a few days or a pair of month you may get a good job and return her own loan then choose for it. in any different case, i might recommend permit her comprehend which you're taking exhilaration in her help and you opt for to grant the placement a attempt via your self first.

I would want to be able to talk to exes and see why they split.
A good steady job, a license a bank account and a good heart would all be important. I want someone not to be selfish and occasionally romantic. i think it is impossible though!
