I need to be driven to and from an appointment. A friend has agreed to take me. The drive takes about 20 minutes each way. Should I offer to pay my friend? Will she be insulted if I either do or don't offer? If I should pay, how much would be appropriate. Keep in mind, these are the suburbs of NY City.

When they have given us McDonalds, "Twinkies", Drive-Thru culture and a whole host of vile, mass produced, artery clogging, artificial fast food crap?

Give me a nice British Sunday Lunch made with fresh vegetables any day! The whole family out for a meal together sitting round the dinner table or out at a charming country pub rather than sitting round the plastic tables in a fast food joint.

And real ale not American beer-flavoured water. Who agrees with me???

The word "a" can be pronounced in a schwa sound, such as "uh" or it can be pronounced with the long "A" sound, as in "A"... Similarly, the word "the" can be pronounced with a schwa ending, as in "thuh" or it can have a long "E" sound in the end, as in "th E" is there some sort of rule as when you use which pronounciation?

We are going on a holiday to Cairns in late October and looking for some good quality self contained accomodation. I have been going to this clairvoyant for a few years now and everthing she predicts comes true.but the last time she predicted something that went totally opposite to her prediction the thing is my mother did not want this to happen and asked my resently passed away father for him to stop this happening even though he didn't stop it what happened put me totally of the idea .Do you think it is possible for someone that is died to change acual avents that are happening in our lifes.

Dont you think its fabricated?

I dont believe the scary places that is featured in the show especially those places where a certain family will enter. I mean if it is such a scary place why are there cameras in it? why is it fully lit?

I mean if these are the scariest places on earth, why is it that this is the only show where i heard it from?

Background info: I am 24/female. I have had panic-disorder and anxiety since around 13 yrs. old. I am taking paxil 20mg and klonipin 1 mg x2 daily for anxiety. I also take Albuterol in the nebulizer for breathing problems. As needed.

My heart rate usually runs around 85-95 beats per minute. For the past 6 hours it is staying right in the range of 120 beats down to 105 beats. My blood preasure is good though.

2 weeks ago I went to the emergency room due to being very ill and weak. I had a fever of 102.8 and they noticed my heart rate was 138 and they ran me back to the main ER and hooked me up to an EKG machine, did chest x-rays and kept me on the moniter for an hour or two. The tests came back normal.

However this time I don't have a fever and am not feeling ill. The last time 2 wks ago I had a viral infection.

When I lay very still it is about 105-110. Moving makes it go faster. My breathing is hard sometimes because it feels as though i've been running.
